The biggest problem Bernie has isn't his socialist stance. It is his appearance. Even though he is 1 year younger than Biden, Bernie looks old and acts old. If you watch closely of him in interviews and debates, you can see him shaking a little like what we would expect in an old person. This is not a good thing.

Indeed. As I mentioned above, my shaking hands are hereditary. My mother and her brother had it (Uncle Archie had it really bad). One of my brothers is affected as well, but not as much as I am.

Still, as bad as my hands shake, I can still drink a glass of water with one hand unlike someone we all know and have seen.

Hmmm...not great character witnesses. A partisan Republican who acted as a thug for President Trump against Michael Cohen and the grand wizard of the KKK... who loves Putin and all autocrats(preferably the white ones).

Tulsi is great on some issues but in her early career was along with her father greatly involved in homophobic activities. Yeah, she learned and evolved but now has a weak spot for autocrats, herself. It's great not to be tied to the establishment but not to be a crackpot, or someone who makes excuses for awful world leaders.

Of course people will vote for him. He is the most popular pol in the country by far. And with young people in an even larger way.

Or we could ask basic questions, like "is the shaking benign for the job' before jumping to conclusions. I'm certain moderates can ask basic questions.

What usually happens with members of the populace and politics is 'We hope for the best outcome knowing our politicians will cave on various important sundries in 'quid pro quo like' situations so advancements of any stripe are never as thorough as advertized'. I think that means assuming sweeping change is likely to ride in with flyaway hair would be kind've an inaccuracy of what tends to occur - can't see how the regular lack of effectiveness in the position would scare a moderate just because Bernie's rather liberal.
