Just in the past couple weeks, one pastor loudly proclaimed that parents should "crack the wrists" of effeminate (& presumably gay) boys. Another pastor said that he thinks that gays & lesbians should be trapped behind electric fences.
Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse......
News outlets from CNN to the Huffington Post to TMZ are reporting that 4-year old boys at Apostolic Truth Tabernacle in Greensburg, Indiana sang the following song in church --
""The Bible’s right, somebody’s wrong.
The Bible’s right, somebody’s wrong.
Romans one, twenty six and twenty seven;
Ain’t no homos gonna make it to Heaven."
When the 4-year old boys sang the phrase "Ain't no homos gonna make it to Heaven," the pastor & entire church audience erupted, laughing in applause and cheering the boys on. One man could even be heard yelling, "That's my boy!!"
What's interesting is that Greensburg, Indiana is the same town where Billy Lucas lived. Billy Lucas was a gay teenager who was subjected to a lot of anti-gay bullying in school. He committed suicide in September 2010.
Here is the video (caution -- it is disturbing)
