Girl please. Even the producers are tired of you, which is why they had Jimmy call your ass out on your lame excuse last week. Look, you're hot and you have an affliction so just go take your rightful place on Glee and get your stuttering ass off the Idol stage already.

I hope that's sarcasm... all that's missing with his performances are lyrics to the song on the screen and a bouncing ball highlighting each lyric he sings because that's just what he does... karaoke. Devin leaving over Lazarro was a huge letdown, but Devin lacked that "oomph" to be the next idol so it was either he left now or later. However, I can't say the same about the remaining 6 (that's excluding Lazarro of course). If any of them leave before Lazarro I am boycotting this show entirely. The Voice is on though, with way more talent and hotter judges so that's fine.

Lazaro is surely going to outlast at least one of the girls. It'll be a reverse season eleven situation where all of the remaining girls are going to split each other's votes and allow the two remaining guys to keep slipping through. It's part of what helped Haley and Miss Piggy get to the final three in their year, since all of the other girls were eliminated in fast succession and the guy votes were spread thin across six contestants.

I'll say this for Lazaro. If he were shirtless or something, it might make his godawful singing and tiresome talking easier to take.

Native Son, we'll just agree to disagree. Lazarro's a looker I'll give him brownie points for that. All I'm saying is, it's a singing competition. I was rooting for him but with the remaining idols I think it's his time to go.

Lazaro has a nice face but he seems a little oddly shaped and it stands out more so with the 1 size too small out fits they like to dress everyone in. and he is not a great singer, average at best.

I am still in Burnell's corner but I know he won't last . I know there are Kree fans here but I just don't get electricity from her while I do feel Candice every time. She is a phenom.

All those tryouts and so few real great singers.... if Idol wants to stay relevant, concentrate less on bells, whistles and manufactured controversial judge placements and get back to contestants with talent with interesting backstories..or even boring people who can just sing the hell out of a song! The bestresult with be a top ten that anyone can be good enough to win the whole thing... instead of a pimped one or two and some decent if flawed singers who just serve for dramatic fodder. Enough ratings lost this year MIGHT help lead toward that direction,if the Idol producers are not completely full of themselves and don't value being part of a declining, increasingly irrelevant cultural relic.

For the guys especially, how can there be so many thousands of tryouts and so few standouts?

This season doesn't interest me at all. I don't like the "pre-fabricated" aspect of this season. It was obvious that the people who run the show (and maybe the judges too) were looking for a way to prevent another consecutive white guy from winning. And that's the only real reason a girl will win. The girls this year AREN'T particularly talented. There were girls in most of the previous seasons who were seriously amazing, and none of these girls would've stood a chance against them.

It appears as though Angie's going to win, but something tells me that Kree is actually the one who's gonna pull an upset and win.

Last week when Lazaro forgot his words, I didn't like it when Burnell said "This is a competition". Oh please, it's not like Burnell stands a chance to win. He's already been in the bottom 3, and he's one of the least likely to even come close to winning. Just for that snide remark, I hope Lazaro ends up making it past him.

Well, if fans could only vote once it would prevent all the slam voting for teen girl favorites,or the vote for the worst types. The problem with the show isn't guys winning but not enough interesting talents with great voices. The show should just stop marketing controversy and they will find the best controversy would be having so many potential winners it's HARD to whittle down.... great looks and backstories are fine if everyone out there really did have enough talent to make it conceivable they could go all the way. But I guess doing the logical thing is the last option if at all on the producers minds.

I can't believe Devin got sent home. He and Amber have the best voices to me. Candace is good too but I find Amber's voice more interesting.

I don't know why all the focus is on performing when it's what these artists create in the studio that makes them a star and gives them something to perform. That's what it all boils down to so I think they need to focus on actually recording songs on the show. It's hard for me to judge them because I try to imagine what an actual song from them would sound like. An artist doesn't have to be a perfect performer to make hit songs in the studio.

Apparently Lazaro called in and sang to Anderson Cooper last night.

Actually they do make recordings of the songs and sell them online. You can buy anyone of the songs sung in the top ten on itunes or like places. A lot of the singers have had good success in past seasons on itunes without winning the show.

Oh fuck. That is the hottest couple EVER. Good Lord, that is some sex on a plate. God help me, I think I just creamed myself. Sexy! That makes up for the weak job he did on Another one bites the dust last night. Though I did enjoy his take on We are the champions.
