NO IT WOULD BE BETTER TO SEE BLAKE VS MELINDA!!! JOrdin is still immature and she has to finish her studies first...to be a good example to the youth...

Even if Jordin won, she would still be able to finish school. Carrie Underwood finished college after winning.

I'm not that surprised that Melinda went home. Out of the 6 seasons so far only two of the people expected to win (Kelly & Carrie) actually won. La Toya & Chris (I didn't watch season 2) didn't win.

She has a great voice and great personality. But she's not the best talent on the show. Jordin is. Hands down. She can sing the best. B) Blake was better than Melinda technically. Melinda is that 1 in 10 person. She's got a good voice but no uniqueness. Show business is all about uniqueness. Blake's got the edge on that.

C) Maybe there was some rigging in the votes. MAYBE. Because I could pretty much guarantee that if both of the girls made it to the finale, it would be pointlessly bland. There's no variation between the two, really. Jordin has the younger audience, Melinda has the older crowd. Split vote. Pointless show.

D) Regardless of any of this, the top 4 definitely are going to have albums out. They are all household names. Bam. The music industry is so easy now. :(

Bosco claimed she's a "bible thumper", you know, "Praise God!" "Evil sinners", all that jazz, based on nothing. I turned it around and showed Jordin using her popularity to push her agenda on us. I don't think there's anything wrong with thanking God but what Jordin is doing is rather distasteful.

How can you hate "Fighter" that's like my favorite Xtina song :P No I'm not that worried, she has the voice to pull it off it'll just come down to the performance.

I think Blake has a big chance at messing up more than one song. I didn't like his versions of This Love or You Give Love A Bad Name. His beat boxing just doesn't do it for me. If he didn't do that, who knows whether or not i'd like him.

Jordin will also have trouble. She had a hard time with rock week, so I imagine she is probably a little worried now.

Either way, i'm only watching to see if they actually sing well enough to prove they deserve to be there instead of Melinda, but i'm thinking they won't because I don't think they can.

I love my Blakey, but I'm really not that hyped up for tonight's finale........

The songs that they are going to sing are kinda blah........

.....I just don't want him to win that awful Clive Davis contract.....

I'm so over Idol....... first of all Melinda was eliminated and she was the best singer. This show doesn't feel like the finale.......it feels like every other show this season. Nothing special........

I don't feel passionate about either Jordin or Blake winning. I would like to give Blake a little head, but that's about it.
