Enjoyed hearing songs that I grew up with being interpreted by a whole new generation. Dunno how anyone could call it boring. The song from Oliver that Melinda did was amazing. You need to find the Tom Jones version of the song Jordin nailed.

But wasn't Lulu the best celeb coach they've had in ages? 1000X better than Miss Ross wasn't last week and if she sings tonight that will be as amazing.

Really hoping that VFTW + Howard Stern are losing their influence and Sanjaya gets sent home. THat was just painful. Notice how Simon said nothing - he obviously knows that his criticism fuels the vote.

Oh my god you guys....she was a little girl who probably loves the show & was definitely overwhelmed, maybe she had never met anyone on T.V, maybe it was her first trip to hollywood?
Who cares it was obvious she wasn't faking it...
does genuine emotion really need an explanation?

-at least someone cares about the show...personally i think its geared toward kids of that age and i thought she was special.

I agree. I have been moved to tears in concerts or theater.

I think she is very underated and she is very amazing. I think her performance of Missing You two weeks ago and last nights truly showed how she could be a star in today's music industry! I think if she did a Mariah song, she could pull it off really well. I never realized how good of a performer (besides voice) she was.

and then the others just follow. It was a good night. Chris R. & Blake really blew me away. Melinda, as always, is phenomenal. I want her to win!

WOW.. There are others who should have definitely been in those two positions instead of them. Infact I wasn't impressed by any of the talent last night(except Melinda), but those two weren't that bad.

I will never understand why they bring in a FULL audience for a 30 minute show to announce the person who is going home. On top of that they have to listen to some dried up artist who wants to make a combat.

Just have the results show in the small studio and be done with it.

I don't think these artists want to make a comeback. Their heyday is gone. But they are classic names in music. Granted, not everone knows them anymore but some of us out there still enjoy seeing them.

I'm sure there are some bigger stars in the works.

I thought Lulu sang well...made me want to download some of her other songs...Peter Noone was ok, my parents liked him more than I did.

Please the producers choose who goes home on "A.I" not America, that voting system is fradulent. Stephanie had to go because she looked and sounded like Beyonce and had Fantasia's hairstyle. She isn't marketable in their eyes, so she had to go. Nobody is voting for Saanjaya, they are only keeping him their for the controversy. Trust me when I say the producers run every aspect of that show, including who gets voted off! Oh yeah Blake does have a fat ass
