Over on the alternate planet of Fox News, they've kept the Hunter Biden laptop controversy active. Now that the House Republicans are back in the saddle, it's about to be the non-stop investigation subject for 2023.
Elon Musk has been fueling the flames by leaking the internal Twitter discussions from 2020 when Twitter decided not to allow the Rudy Giuliani leaks of the Hunter Biden contents from New York Post stories (a Murdoch publication). Yesterday, Musk fired Jim Baker (former FBI Counsel now private attorney) because Baker pointed out that the chain of custody on the laptop and its contents were hazy at best. After the last problematic chain of custody issues involving Biden's daughter, Mr Baker has good reason to caution Twitter about disseminating the information:

While one particular Republican member of Congress has been out there promoting the Hunter Biden story, one of his minor children has been on TikTok talking about her father and how much she hates his politics. Stories about his children are all over the gossip rags and someone is leaking those stories to the press.
This is all pretty deplorable stuff. It's one thing when you have an adult child who is on Twitter and streaming videos on social media platforms promoting their father and making statements about the other party; those adult children are acting as campaign surrogates and are opening themselves to incoming fire. It's another thing when the dirty laundry of non-political family members is being aired out in public. The latest stuff about underage family members and their self-harm attempts is another level of depolorable.
Among the crossing-of-the Rubicon dirty politics that Trump, Giuliani, stone and David Pecker brought us, we're now going to be seeing all kinds of personal information about politician's family members in the gossip rags.

I'll start paying attention to Hunter Biden's laptop from before his farther was Prez to when they start releasing the deets on how Don Jr. bagged 2 billion dollars from MSB in exchange for secret dox.
