Big Brother 13 CBS

^^^ I cosign that for sure. He was angry with everyone including himself when he went ballistic and then lied so everyone would give up and he still lost that to Ian.

Right. And not only that, that was his second bite at the apple last week. Because of BB manipulation, Dan actually had two chances to win Power of Veto last week and couldn't do it either time. So, I'm not sure where the "Dan throws competitions until he really needs them" comment comes from.

*Puzzled*

GOD yes slip! Apparently Janelle and Danielle (BB3) are friends now and wanted to be on this season together (and to be fair, Danielle Reyes had much more business being a coach than Britney). What I wouldn't give to see those two playing on the same team and being sippy awesome every night on the feeds.

Man I wish those two had performed all the great BB moments that night. Especially Marcellas and the POV!

As much as I love Britney's DRs I would trade her for Danielle any time, especially if the latter wouldn't be afraid to get GHETTO! FABULOUS! *crazy arm gestures* all the time. And if Danielle, Boogie and Janelle would have been a matter of having too many All-Stars as coaches, I know which one we could drop out of those three.

Awesomeness, no one is saying the competitions aren't a factor. They're just not the MOST important part of the game. This isn't an opinion but FACT. If the competitions were the most important factor, then there would be no jury vote and the two finalists would simply compete in something, and the winner would win the $500,000. That's what those Real World/Road Rule Challenges are about. The fact that the winner is determined by a jury vote and that the jury can vote on any criteria they want means this is not ultimately a game about competitions, but a game of social strategy. Again this is a FACT based on the rules of the game, and how the winner is determined.

Let's also not forget you're a big fan of Dr Will who never won a single competition in two seasons and is still -- according to you -- the greatest player of all time.

It will be interesting to see if Dan and Danielle can get to F3 with Joe (i.e. the Jerry of this season) thereby giving them both an easy pass to F2 if they really want to take each other.

Here's Joe's entire contribution to the game:

I didn't say it was more important than social game I said it was just as important. A lot of people vote based partly on people winning a lot of competitions. The more competitions someone wins at the more things they have to put on their resume. If the 9 people out of the house right now won competitions, they'd have more opportunities to be in and create alliances and trust. Winning competitions gives you power and a big advantage in the game and a better chance to have a better social game.

Last night on "After Dark" they were pushing for Dani and Shane to sleep together and he was soooo reluctant. It was so awkward and obvious that he doesn't want Dani. The guys were saying "Just cuddle". Dani says "He doesn't want to" and Shane says "Maybe I want to cuddle with Joe" and Ian says "He must be a homosexual" and Shane says 'I'm Bi".
The last comments were said in jest but you can't help but feel that there is some truth to it. You know what they say "Bi now, Gay later". A bit later as everyone was talking sex, Shane asked Danielle "Have you ever had your Salad Tossed?"......not a typical question that a straight guy would ask.
On a side note Ian said he missed Will. He said he has 10 very close friends from college and three are gay and that Will reminds him of his friends and he really misses his energy. Ian seemed very sweet and sincere.

Last time we get to see his ass. Too bad. Now we just see jackasses in the house.

Did he seem as sweet and sincere as he was to Boogie and Frank?

At least we'll find out tonight if Ian got a special power or not. I'm hoping he didn't because I really want him gone next week.

I hope Frank catches onto Dan and rips him a new one like he did Ian. Dan thinks he's untouchable and it's nauseating.

Danielle wonders why Shane isn't interested in making out with her LOL. I think Danielle needs to have a LONG conversation with BB5's Diane about Shane/Drew. And you know Diane can roll a good Gurrrrrrl.

I have to give props to the BB editors. Grodner is the devil, the competitions are stupid, the set design is tacky, and the writing is god awful. But week in and week out, the editors make the show by including hilarious winks to the audience. They seem to always be telling us NOT to take this show seriously and also assuring us, "We hate these people too." I especially love the new tradition of including a funny line from a houseguest from last week's episode right after the previouslies leading into the theme song, usually something that makes fun of the houseguest/s or throws an inside joke to the audience.

Shane this week: "Where did JENN come from??"

shane is looking cuter every day

does anyone know a bigbrother pic site like oddandstupid?

that has tons of pics

I hope Frank pulls through

I hope so too. He's actually playing this season and has survived so many nominations and general bullshit from Allison Grodner. It would be a shame to see him leave with so many floaters in the house and someone slimy like Dan and Ian still in.

Good. Ian didn't get any special power. Frank goes this week and unless Ian gets POV next week, he will follow Frank.

(Although why would they even do a Pandora's Box just to give lame presents and lame Jessie?)

^ Maybe Ian found the hidden immunity idol under the christmas tree

But she didn't. And that's the point. You can only go to the well so many times.

Actually, if you watch that final 3 HOH in season 7 where Jani took her hand off the key... she got penalized because of a mistake Julie made. When Erika asked, "Do I have to have both hands on the keys?" Julie said only the words, "Yes." Erika was on the other side of the volcano and Jani never even heard Erika ask a question (it's loud for the players). Therefore, in Jani's mind the only rule was "You must stay holding onto your key" and not "two hands" on the key (which was a made up rule anyway by Julie on the spot thank to Erika).

Point is, she really would have won that competition (Erika was going to throw it to her) and she would have won final round and won all stars.
