We can't remember much about that one up there who keeps invading. Camilla id a powerfull and honest woman. She doesn't need to even be talking to that after thought .
 
I don't think we need to do a separate thread about Prince Charles so I thought I would ask here.

Is anybody familiar with his work..??? Does anybody want him to be King?
 
I am familiar with and have great admiration for his work with the Prince's Charities.

It is unfortunate but unsurprising that he is disdained by the architectural establishment for his support of traditional architecture and criticism of modernism. One only has to contemplate the ruination of the London skyline during his mother's reign to understand how absolutely right he is.

Which is all to say that I think highly of him.

I will wish him well when he becomes king, and I believe that Camilla, his consort, should be styled as queen, which is what she will be.

They look to be happy and content in their marriage--a seemingly exemplary match. They may look ridiculous at times (which Charles and Diana never did), but that is somehow endearing.

I concur. She is an amazing woman and Charles is one fine future King.

Most of us actually have a clue about how the world works...including a deep and broad understanding of statecraft and history...we don't simply reduce everything to paper dolls.

As a Canadian, the Windsors are our heads of state as well....hardly foreigners....but you probably didn't know that either.

And if English royal blood is what you're after....I probably have as much of it as any one of the current crew.

Oh. And I never have my first vodka until I have breakfast.

You may think that you are entitled to have your fatuous, simpering observations go entirely unruffled...but Camilla Parker Bowles is a controversial and somewhat alienating figure in the historical scheme of events. She has married into one of the most dysfunctional public families and stands by that event to preside over the affairs of state with her gormless husband. You don't get the right to exclude opposing viewpoints in a thread like this. It is clear that you have no ability to persuade anyone as to the true merits or intellectual worth of this woman...reducing everything to the most superficial and often hilariously inaccurate suppositions.

I am waiting for you to post something of real substance that demonstrates your understanding of the real Camilla Parker Bowles Windsor.

This is what keeps me coming back.
