We have all seen the movie of Nevill Chamberlin getting off the plane waiving the scrap of paper assuring peace in our time. And we know the consequences of his appeasement. Iran is closing no facilities and has not agreed to give up its "research". When Iran gets the bomb--and who can doubt that it will get it--Obama's place in history will be like Nevill's.
The legal questions are whether Obama can end or suspend sanctions imposed by Congress. The answer is no. But can Congress stop him short of impeachment?

En general, el aborto me perturba, pero si impide niños idiotas convertirse en adultos y escupiendo odio en línea...Anyway I think not going to war with Iran at a time when the rest of the middle east seems jeaded towards free fall is a net good.

Poor Ben. Sour grapes doesn't even begin to cover how you feel right now, does it? After all the great sacrifices your party made to try make another war...I mean you sacrificed your love of country by sending letters to Iranian leaders that you never had any authority to send. You sacrificed your civic duties to your voters by letting the Israeli PM address Congress, when you know damn well that if one of your Tea Party voters who put you into that office had asked the same you would have laughed at them and not given it a second thought. Your party is not only dying, but it doesn't even get to die with it's clothes on now. How undignified.
