Liquorice...anisette biscotti...that type of thing. :)
 
Used to love eating aniseed balls, not that i've seen them anywhere in about 20 years.

Liquorice candies - yes, but only when I am in northern Europe
 
Probably not since I can't recall the taste.

I don't eat any sort of sweets, but I'm thinking the flavour was like the taste of tarnished metal or a nasty medicine.

After a quick glance at Google I can give a definite no. :)

I don't/can't consume any sort of alcohol.

Most of that stuff falls under the category of sweets, anyway.
 
I don’t care for the flavor a star annis adds but I do like Sambucca and an occasional licorice...why?
