Example.. I like Kristopher (my middle name) more then Brandon. I don't know why.. maybe its different then the common Christopher. Growing up many of my friends called me Kris and some called me Brandon. Now as a young adult I like Kris more. Maybe also cuz alot of Brandon's I met were thuggy and left a bad impression of the name.

You do seem more like a "Kristopher" than a "Brandon"...

I just use my first name. I don't think my middle name is bad but I have gotten too accustomed to my first name. David > Wayne.

I'm John Michael.

I've gone by Michael since the day I was born. *shrug*

I don't use a middle name but I do prefer my -ex's middle name much more that I do his first name................

Neither my first name or my middle name is extremely common. (Not like Michael or James).

My middle name is a family name (it was my maternal grandfather's middle name), and I'm glad I inherited it, but I don't think I would like going by the name.

I guess I've grown too accustomed to being called Gary. Clifford just sounds too rigid to me.

Nope. Robin is a girl's name.

I'm way too cool and macho to rock such a prissy-ass name like that on a day-to-day basis.

M..Ph.....7

I think that Robin is a real cool name.........................

Not crazy about my first name, but I especially hate my middle name. Which isn't a BAD name by any stretch. I like it on other people. I just don't like it on ME.

My mother AND my grandmother both went by their middle names. My grandmother from most of her life, and my mother just until she finished college. My first boyfriend went by his middle name, too.

I don't prefer the name but I love to put the K in when I sign my name. It's makes people try and guess :p

I'm not really fond of my middle name, and wouldn't go by it. My middle name means:

1) A rocky hill or mountain, generally isolated from other high ground
2) Dwells at the crag. From the Celtic word meaning rock or crag.

It's funny. My dad is "the 3rd". His grandfather went by his first name. His father went by his middle name, and he goes by his first name. (Although my grandmother called him by his first name)

I can't imagine the confusion in that household!

Hate my first name, prefer my middle name but if anyone called me by it I'd feel a bit weird 'cause it's the same as my dad's name. Though it's his middle name, he doesn't use his first name. Maybe I should use his first name seeing as he's not using it.

I don't really have a preference, but I don't think my middle name fits me as well.

I prefer my middle name (Christopher) to my first name, I used it when I was small and then changed it back for a reason I cannot remember..I wish I hadn't though

As a child I hated it. Love it now, go figure.

I've always gone by my middle name. Of course for enrolling in school, applying for jobs and other legal matters they always want your first name and confusion always ensues. It's a lifelong chore to remind people that, yes, those are both my names but I go by my middle name. Sheesh!
