That's *exactly* how I have always taken "Sexiest Man Alive." It just seems like they pick a celeb who is really popular and near the peak of his career and hand it to him. It doesn't seem to have anything to do with looks really.

That being said I do agree with East that Adam is one of the ones I can agree with. I do think the fact that "all of a sudden" it seems like his name is all over the place probably played a role in it, he's been around for years and years in music but it just seems like all of a sudden people are "talking about him" in a way they didn't before. But when they give it to someone like Brad Pitt or George Clooney it just feels like "oh, here leading male role dude, here's this prize thing."

I love hairy men, I in particular have a fetish for facial hair... Just looking at it makes me bite my lower lip, seriously. And as someone said earlier, everyone looks good in stubble (I especially prefer the five o'clock shadow). Literally everyone. That's the main thing I look for in a man; he's facial hair: forget all about eyes etc. As far as 'smooth guys' are concerned, not my cup of tea... I've been with a couple "twinkish" guys in the past, yes, meaning in the same age range and whatnot, but never like naturally hairless... That (to me) is as unattractive as being with a with a woman. The fact that he's missing such a important physical attribute just doesn't cut it for me. Facial hair is absolutely essential to me. Simply a must.

My issue is this: What does that accomplish?

If a guy like this comes along and talks shit on smooth guys (which I am), I could get offended and respond by talking shit on hairy guys.

But somewhere on the other end of the forum there's a smooth guy and there's a hairy guy both reading all of this negativity for no reason at all.

1) You're trying to put words in my mouth. I didn't say it made me anti-anything. I said I'm responding in kind. There is a difference. If you think I'm an asshole for doing so...that's fine. I won't argue with you about your opinion.

2) You seem extremely bothered by this for some reason. Trying to argue with me about how I choose to respond to people is not going to strengthen your "smooth pride" or stop me from making sure I add a positive comment towards hairy guys on here to read.Trust me...there's a method to my 'madness'. Like I said it depends on the individual. And about gay porn, actually the majority of gay pornstars today are either hairy or tattooed. You go to Men.com arguably the current top gay porn site and you'd have a tough time finding guys who aren't either hairy or tattooed.
