Yeah, I have known quite a lot as friends and worked as a researcher with many more. They all are much much happier post transition.

Come on man - transsexualism... Can you at least try and keep up with nomenclature that changed about 30 odd years ago. Transgender makes way more sense - it is related to gender identity and not sexuality/sex.

Well I have been to talks by people working in the medical field that have shown brain scans that show their is a difference between men and women - and transgender people always fit into their gender identity category. So that suggests nature and I would tend to agree on the whole - but like with homosexuality it is not really possible to say with 100% certainty what the origin of this is.
