First GAY KISS on Daytime TV on ATWT

Indeed.

I enjoyed watching Michael Park. ("Jack")

Is it me or does he keep geting skinnier and more good looking ???

I'm not sure about "Jack" but the actor who plays Noah, Jake Silberman doesn't look the same as he did at the time of the "Kiss". He has become a boy again. He was quite strapping at that time. Now not so much. Cute but not as cute.

yeah--Jack's been lookin kinda hot lately. seems like he is kinda toning up a little bit. very nice!!!

According to CBS the duo will be back on the front burner with a new face coming into the mix. Apparently it is someone who is connected to Noah and his fathers past so things should get interesting again.

Doesn't make sense why in the meantime they completely put Nuke on the back burner (or remove them from the burner altogether)

I have been watching all the youtube episodes and find it ridiculous that they aren't fucking. I really like the two of them together though. In one episode Luke isn't ready cause he needs "time to heal". PLEASE!!!! Noah could still sit on his face and Luke's mouth ain't broke. Noah could slip it in while Luke is on his side. What kind of fags are these?!!!!! LOL.

Heh... Well, ^that^ certainly put things in perspective... ;)

I dunno, it does seem like the whole Nuke thing has been toned down, almost denatured sort of....

I mean, I'm not expecting penetration on CBS, but a little more physical contact would be nice... But, let's not forget, they're selling dish soap to housewives in Peoria, not advancing a gay agenda...

Heh, bluedragon4 is one of my favorite guys on this forum, always love seein what he's got to say

I don't expect much to be honest. I'd love for them to start showing some more contact- on a regular basis, not just having occasional, highly publicized 'kiss of the month' moments. If they're really gonna do this, they need to do it- like someone said awhile ago. It's like if they're holding back on a storyline, why do it at all? CLEARLY it's gonna be a dud in the end. What kindof writer writes a story that they aren't gonna fully invest in? It's lookin more and more like a ratings stunt boys.

i was reading an article and luke and noah are considered one of the favorite soap couples of all time. they don't need to kiss all the time but it should be alluded that they have a sexual relationship. they are 2 guys in college after all. and i don't know if its agenda or not but i'm not down with making things palatable for straight people. they are so loved i think people handle a little more pda. also, a lot of women are turned on by guys kissing. not everyone but a lot.

I've been running the thought that perhaps it isn't P&G/CBS that is the reason for the complete lack of physical aspect of the relationship, but that perhaps Van or Jake aren't comfortable to kiss. I can't really see Van being that way, but perhaps Jake didn't enjoy doing it the first couple of times around, and asked them to take the physical on-screen nature of the relationship out. I doubt it, but it's a thought.

I'm not necessarily asking for more physical contact (although that would be a bonus). Some more dialogue or any kind of airtime would be nice.

As for Van or Jake maybe being uncomfortable, then maybe they chose the wrong career if either do in fact feel that way. It's called acting. We see kissing constantly by actors portraying straight people in love. If an actor can't prevent their personal feelings from interfering with their character, then they're not a good actor.

I had thought this also. Does anyone know how they feel for sure. They must have been told that there might/should be kissing involved. It would be interesting. Jake seemed very affectionate with Maddie. Not as much with Van. But they are both new to having a relationship. We'll see. I simply love this couple. No matter how little they kiss or not they keep me connected to this show and with that I say well done.(!)(!)

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I did it! I watched all 126 in 2 days! Ok its 7:20AM I'm going to bed lol

I'm with you. I mean, even Guy Burnett, who made it very widely known on how uncomfortable he was with his storyline at the time on Hollyoaks, stuck in there and as a result we got a very equal/rounded storyline that turned out to be a key element in raising the shows popularity.

Regardless, with the new girl that's going to be thrown into the mix soon, hopefully it will spark more interest in viewers (meaning, those that tend to fast-forward anything to do with Nuke) and our supercouple will get equal face time as all the other couples.

On another note, did anyone else love Paul's line last week while talking to Emily (I think it was last week)? When she was called down to the station, he pleaded to come along as watching her get arrested for Dusty's murder would be great for Meg and his reunion. I couldn't help but laugh.

So today they meet another couple and Luke senses that the one guy, I forget his name, is hitting on Noah. Jeez that was s hort lived happiness.
