Sister Mary Eunice did do evil really well...scary good. I was thinking this morning that The Name Game was maybe the best scene I saw all year on TV...for 2012...but it is 2013....gonna take alot to top that but I guess there is a whole year to do it.

Also, apparently Ryan Murphy included a hint for next season's theme in this episode. Any guesses? I'm thinking the Salem Witch Hunt because the jukebox played "I Put A Spell on You" and Arden briefly mentioned pagan practices. Anyone agree?

Sounds like a good guess...I gotta rewatch it...I usually watch these 2-3 times.

Here's the thing. You have an openly gay Producer (Ryan Murphy)...and openly gay male lead (Zachary Qunito)...and an openly gay female lead (Sarah Paulson)....I love that.
 
I'd like to see American Horror Story-Antebellum for S3. Set in New Orleans. I think that would have a lot of possiblities with voodoo and zombies and cajun queens!
 
Wasn't Eunice pregnant with Arden's baby--which is another explanation of "both of you"? That also gives him motivation for his self-immolation.
 
Jessica's Name Game performance was the highlight of the season. The rest of the show is just getting hard to follow.

I'd honestly say while it was great and every AHS (both seasons) scenes with Jessica Lange have been fantastic... Sister Mary Eunice dancing in Sister Jude's lingerie while singing about disobedience to god was my favorite scene of the season so far.

Finally got caught up, except this week's. Just watched the previous episode. Seeing Jude cut loose and break the record was classic. I'm really digging Lana too, with all that she has endured. Hoping she makes it to the end and write the big tell all about Briarcliff.

Does anybody know where I can stream the latest episode online? My usual site is down and my boo and I need to catch up.
 
I'm enjoying this season but I get the feeling that they are dealing with wayyyy too many themes in the same story. I mean you got evil spirits, aliens and murderers on one season alone and it doesn't really feel like there's any connection between the stories besides Briarcliff. If they find a way to make it all come together and making sense I'll be pleasantly surprised. If not, I just hope they won't throw random subplots next season like they did in this one.
