So my questions are this.
What videogames are you playing these days?
What games are you looking forward to?
What kinds of games do you like?

Just finished playing Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords. Not nearly as good as part one, but this is probably mostly due to Obsidian leaving so much of the planned content out of the game they released.

Looking forward to The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Diablo 3.

Most favorite game of all times; Civilization 2. Second best; The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind.

Hey, did you guys see the trailer for the next Tomb Raider game? So excited for it!

It's definetly on my list of most anticipated games.

I'm a huge fan of Tomb Raider('s first trilogy), so this trailer pleases me. But... why so serious? Does it have to be this gritty?

I think the word 'gritty' is the same word the developer used to describe the game. It's a reboot which explores a different side to Tomb Raider.

So many reboots lately :{

The Soul Calibur reboot is full of fail.

I actually LOVED Spirit Tracks! Finished it 100%. Quite proud of it, too. I understand why people don't like it, but for some reason it didn't bother me much. The challenging dungeons made up for its shortcomings.

Phantom Hourglass, though... yeah, that one's a pain in the ass.

And Pokemon, I stopped playing right before the 5th gym so I could focus on studying for college... but finding a buddy might pull me back!

I finished phantom hourglass with a paltry 12 hearts (I think I beat Wind Waker with the same amount also). I enjoyed PH because it was a fairly original concept (especially blowing into the mic; giggity). The handheld Zeldas have overall been pretty disappointing since Minish Cap (which is all in my lovely DS/GBA bag). Even when I did Twilight Princess and got to Ganon, I was like "oh let's rehash the volleys from OoT which had two bosses use that concept".

They are actually gonna remake OoT on the DS3D which I am HIGHLY skeptical because of the atrocity that was Super Mario DS. If they make you use the stylus in any way, the game will bomb. I never actually beat Master Quest because I believe my game is bugged. I can't collect one of the silver rupees in Ganon's Castle in the Fire Temple area. I seriously contemplated redoing that entire game but it will have be on the back burner for a future date.

Oh man that new Tomb Raider looks dope. The new Lara looks so badass, makes the old Tomb Raider series looks like a joke!!

Ooh, I'm so excited about that! The fact that the 3DS has an analog stick alone makes it better than Mario 64 DS! Also, I didn't play Ocarina on the N64 like everyone else, but on the GameCube Zelda compilation they made before Wind Waker - and it was far from ideal. If this remake plays well without slowdowns, it will be perfect for me! I would buy the 3DS so hard just to play this game... if I had the money :(

You know, I have nothing against grittiness, Demon's Souls* is nothing BUT gritty and I love it to death. It's just that I remember the first Tomb Raiders having, you know... colors. And being light adventures where you find treasures and solve puzzles while killing tigers and shit. Not about being abandoned at the end of the world and the pain of making your own tourniquet!

Yeah, those reboots... I'm just happy that Soul Calibur is fast again!

*Speaking of Demon's Souls... Dark Souls! Who else is excited?

My brother has our N64 so I have to do without the original game but I played the regular game on N64 when it came out and then again on gamecube/wii and it was fine. The multi-directional C-stick takes a bit of getting used to on the GC controller for N64 games/wii console games but it is easy once you master it. I don't own a DS3D so I can't vouch for anything on it. I bought a DS when it came out and gave that away and so I have a DS lite. I am now highly skeptical to buy anything first gen until said company improves upon it. As long as I have the GC disc, I am content on my OoT fix and I don't have to spend extra money on a DS3D until there is some good, exclusive content on it.

I was just playing the Duke Nukem Forever demo. It was ok. Not quite as spectacular as I would expect for a game that took 12 years to make.

Most games that have been in development for years tend to not be as great as they make it out to be. It must be because while they are making it their engine is most likely outdated stuff so when it comes out it doesn't look as great as something new and updated.

Assassins creed Revalations! I cant think of any other games that i'm really looking for to at the moment but I'll probably pick up MW3.

Duke Nukem was never really going to be good, it's more for nostalgia purposes and for the lulz of course.

Holy crap, is this true? What's the source? There's nothing on NeoGAF about it...

Got my DVR set to record it. Can't wait for Sony to show what they got!

Nintendo being hacked fits perfectly with this quote.

:dead:

They didn't hack anything related to playing online and drag it down for weeks. In fact, as stated, Nintendo fixed it almost immediately.

Quote still works. But thank you for dragging me in needlessly while Sony continues to still get hacked and not seem to know how to fix themselves. ..|

I'll be watching E3 for the very first time, so HOPEFULLY it's interesting - i've heard both good and bad things about the conference i'll never get a chance to be at in life.

lol you mad

Microsoft's announcements so far are, as expected, sad, Star Wars Kinect game and Disneyland Adventures.

The Pokemon RPG for Nintendo's Project Cafe/CONNEX/Wii2 console sounds cool
