Gay marriage New York 2011

Just wanted to let everyone know New York won't allow gays to marry, the republicans will never allow it. We are leaving our fate in their hands. If i'm wrong than by later on today or tonight someone quote me and say that i'm an idiot.

But if i'm right i'll just quote myself and say that I TOLD YOU SO.
 
I think there will be a vote. The Republicans will certainly lose their majority in the next election. If that happens, marriage equality is assured of passing, only it may not have some of the protections for religious organizations that are in the current bill. Who knows, though, the Republicans are willing to do plenty of stupid things these days.
 
I'm hearing on MSNBC that something has happened in Albany. They are saying it was brought up what religious groups would be exempt from marrying gays.
Go ahead and say who is exempted. Just name who can marry us.

Please oh please....let them be able to be more like Canadians.

I read at an Albany TV statiion site that the senators don't want this to go into the weekend.
 
I'm not sure what I want more. Marriage equality in New York or Brian Brown to throw a temper tantrum.

And I hope Brian Brown shits his pants when (and if) this passes..... which I hope it will.
 
Keep in mind this is the NY legislature..this WILL take a while.
