If you know any Spanish, the video is worth the watch just for the tone of voice plus body language.

But this guy is an excellent example of why we should just eliminate the word marriage from the law: when he says "matrimonio es matrimonio", we can say, "That's nice; now go play in the corner with your matrimonio".

Good. It would have been a total waste of resources. Gay Inc. needs to focus its time/money in places like Minnesota and New York.

Doubtful by then imo, but this decision does mean that if the court does not rule in our favor it likely will not be until 2016 that a new ballot initiative can be won. It would probably not be a good choice in a non-presidential year.

Hopefully the courts side with us. If it goes to the SCOTUS though anything could happen.
