General Hospital - Black and White Ball

Well I just finished watching Friday's episode. I do not believe Carly will die. It looked like Johnny is the one who strangled Carly in the previews. I really hope Coop is not in on this. I really like his character and he is hot as fuck unless they brought in Johnny for his replacement eye candy. By the way, where are Lucky and Sam and why would they bring Alexis to the island if she was just going to leave?

I don't think the killer is Coop or Logan...i think it may be an entirely new character that they've yet to show us.

Or they may go the the ol' "my evil twin" route...*Nicholas*

Well, we do know Nikolas isn't trying to kill Carly. He is sitting by Emily attempting to kill himself.

Coop or Logan could quite possibly be the one trying to kill Carly. I doubt it is Johnny because I didn't see a bandage on either of the hands, though it is possible he killed Emily.

after yesterday's episode i was really leaning towards Logan being the killer. did they ever explain what exactly went down with him in Iraq? was just thinking that whatever it was obviously left him emotionally scarred and he's shown his temper more than once. on the other hand it would be kinda pointless to reveal him as Scott's long lost son only to write him out as a killer, so maybe Coop's a better bet. anyway...here's hoping that on Monday's ep Jason just says "Ya know what, this bitch is WAAAAY more trouble than she's worth" and then shoves her right off that ledge. okay...maybe that's kinda mean, but FUCK does she bug the hell outta me. i'm kinda hopin they do away with Lulu's silly ass too.

Now, now--let's not get carried away. I know Lulu's becoming a little annoying (Nadine totally called her out on trying to make the situation all about her, even after Johnny said that Anthony was nolonger concerned about killing her specifically). But, I still love her character, much, much more than I like Elizabeth--at least right now. But honestly, what the hell was Jason thinking dropping his gun like that. He could have got in a shot off on Zacchara. Here's hoping that either Sam or Lucky end up coming to th rescue. Talk about irony.

I have to admit I'm going to miss Emily, and I'm not. There was something about her that drove me crazy. I can't wait to see how Monica will take the news. First her Son A.J. then her Husband Alan. I won't be surprised if she end up killing her self. and becomes a ghost with Alan and they both torture Tracy. The whole Lulu thing is getting boring. I'm surprised Max's brother hasn't tryed to swim to the island and save her. I agree they should have kept the story of Lucas Jones going but hey who knows its Soaps.......

Well, Natalia(Emily) will be hanging around as a ghost until May when her contract expires.

i usually like Lulu. it's just watching this storyline makes me wanna be able to put my foot thru the screen and catch her with a quick kick to the head!!!

I’m about to take a major shot in the dark … There seems to be a lot more whys and what-ifs, then anything else.

What if everything we have seen the last few weeks wasn’t real?! What if everything we been watching was from the “darkest corner” of Nicholas’s mind. I’ve been watching the last few weeks with my mom, and she told me about a storyline that they ran on Port Charles, that was actually just from a book that someone wrote. After we watched the show on Friday', we both kinda just sat there shaking our heads.

The reason I ask this is because there seems to be soo many directions this storyline is going, and NOTHING is making sense. Why is Robin having visions of her death? Why did Spanelli (I know that is probably spelled wrong) make a plan with Coop and Logan, then when Spanelli took out one of the armed gunmen, neither Coop or Logan were anywhere to be found. Why did Logan of all people, show up in Tracy and Luke's room and tell them about Emily. Why is it, that NO ONE ever hears the gunfire, the fighting, or the shouting? I swore I heard gunfire, before the armed gunmen entered the house and seemed to be on a “seek and destroy” mission. In the upcoming scenes, it looks like Sonny gets shot in front of Kate, Luke has another heart attack in front of Tracy, and then the storyline totally goes every which way.

Oh and don’t even get me started on the Jax and Jerry thing … The boat does not make it back to the Island because of the storm, however when Jerry returns, he is covered in blood and suffering from several injures and tells Carly that Jax didn’t make it, but then when Jax returns, he is only covered in water with no injures. WHAT?!

Oh yeah .... Earlier in the week, Georgie heard Jerry call Cooper, "#3", and she asked Cooper, why Jerry called him that. I think maybe Cooper is the killer.

Coop was Jerry's #3 during the whole hostage situation at the hotel, before it was revealed that the ringleader(can't 'member the name he was usin') was actually Jerry Jacks. i don't think that would have anything to do with Coop being the killer, but i do think in all likelyhood he is.

i think they'd catch alot of flack for something like that. remember the whole "Who Shot J.R." thing on Dallas......

LOL, correct show, wrong storyline.

You're talking about Pam's 1985-86 season long dream on "Dallas."

As insulting it was to the audience (I personally LOVED it), "Dallas" hung around on CBS on Friday nights until 1991.

I was too young to remember Dallas, however it wouldn't be the first time writers did something crazy for sweeps, then undid it in the following months. (Does the Salem Killer on Days Of Our Lives ring a bell).

God knows what a waste of a couple of years that was....that story really didn't end in the traditional sense as there were so many twists off of it.

"General Hospital" DOES NOT have the considerable lead in the Nielsen ratings that it once had over it's sister ABC daytime show, "One Life To Live."

In fact, "OLTL" has overtaken the show in the ratings a couple of times this fall. Why just this week both shows tied with a 2.2 rating.

IMHO, killing off beloved characters Emily and Georgie is only going to worsen the situation. "Days Of Our Lives" killed off 21-year-cast member Drake Hogestyn (John Black) and now finds itself at the bottom of the ratings basement.

Speaking of ratings, here's the latest for the week of Nov. 5-9.

1. Young & Restless
4.0 (-.1)
2. Bold & Beautiful
2.8 (-.1)
3. (tie): General Hospital
2.2 (+.2); One Life To Live 2.2 (+.2); As The World Turns 2.2 (-.1)
6. All My Children
2.0 (+.1)
7. (tie): Days Of Our Lives
1.9 (same); Guiding Light 1.9
(same).

Whatever comes from the current storyline, I just gotta say that Anthony Zacchara is extremely funny as the "dark demented one" and Johnny Zacchara is just extremely hot.
