What is your coloring?
Blond, Lt/Dk Brown, Black
Blue, Hazel, Green, Brown
etc.

I've been to Virginia Beach/Norfolk and Williamsburg in Virginia. I've been to Tampa/St. Pete and Clearwater in Florida. I've also been to Niagara Falls. I've drive to all of them so I've been thru all the states to get there.

My hair is medium brown with a hint of red, and my eyes are green.

What would your dream job be, if you could do anything you wished for?

Visual Merchandiser...no hang on that's what I do now #-o which is actually one of my dream jobs :). The other ones were/are teacher (been there, done that as well) and fashion/theatre designer and I've done that as well. I must say I've been pretty lucky career wise. Through most of it I did work other jobs, which were not as glamorous but allowed me to study and do design or teach during the summer months.

Hair wise I'm pretty much the same as alister, though more dark blond than brown and getting greyer by the day and my eyes are hazelish green.

How about you?

Thinning, Greying Blond/Lt Brown (with heavy "fleshtones" peaking through). Darker body hair, black eyebrows. Steel Blue eyes - light - my kids say I freak them out when I stare at them the right way.

Dream Job - Something I can use more creativity with - but I do enjoy a lot of what I do.

What type flooring do you like?
Hardwood, Tile, Carpet, ?

Tile in bath, foyer and kitchen, carpet everywhere else.

Gas or electric stove?

We are ALL Electric - municipal power company that invested in the Niagara Power Project all those years ago.
I've used electric by and large, my entire life.

I have used gas, too, just not in my or my folks' home.
As long as I have a dial for fine control, I am good with either.
We have a ceramic top range. I like the spill clean up capabilities.

What type plates/bowls do you use for day to day use?

"Every Day You Get Our Best" Wegman's - perennial Top 10 (5) Fortune Magazine's 100 Best Companies to work for.

Coupled with BJ's Wholesale Club.

By Corningware - do you mean Corelle?

Do you like Trout?

I used to enjoy fishing when we went out to my grandparent's farm Summers as a kid, then later around here with my in-laws - my father in-law liked to fish in a nearby county park. They went down to Chatauqua Lake for a couple of weeks one Summer and my wife and son (it was that long ago - 2nd kid is 21!) joined them - I went down on the weekend - we went out, he caught a great Walleyed Pike pretty quickly - we went back in, cleaned it, and had it for breakfast along with eggs and such.

Fishing with my grandfather was mostly sunnies and blue gills. Small, but they were good eating fried up for breakfast.

The trout I'm thinking of is farm raised steel head trout - nice filets - about the size of salmon filets.
BJ's has them - my whole family loves it - baked, broiled, sauteed.

What type cookware do you typically use?
Cast Iron
Silverstone coated
Stainless
. . .

Silverstone coated and do use cast iron at times.

Preferred, dining room or eat in kitchen?

Sadly, we've gotten lazy and tend to eat in the Living Room in front of the TV/PC - as I am doing currently.
The dining table is in the kitchenette - and covered with stuff.
The dining room area is overflowing with other things.

We have to do some serious thinning - but we've been in "accumulation from my mom" mode recently.

How many hours a day do you think you have your TV and/or PC on?

4-5 hours a day. After work and dinner. A little more on days off from work.

How often do you grill out?

I used to a lot - haven't much in the past few years - been "grilling" our Rib-eyes in my cast iron skillet - season w/ Granulated Garlic, a hint of salt, black pepper, Lea & Perrin Worcestershire Sauce, minced onions to set for a few minutes while I do other things and get the pan hot, then add Light Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Canola Oil, Butter to sear the steaks rare/med. rare.

I just got an electric grill for my birthday.

Question Question Question --
Do you prepare "separate foods" meals or casseroles/crock-pot meals more often?

Meals, but I do use the crock pot about twice a month. One of my favorites is to put potatoes, onions, carrots, corn on the cob and a good pork sausage togeather. A complete meal.

Do you prefer fried or baked meats?

We try to eat healthily - so, even if we fry it tends to be with canola and olive oils.
sauteed more than fried- not deep fried.

Baked a lot.

But fried sure can taste good, lol.

Do you like wine? What kind(s)?
Or . . .

I don't drink a lot of alcoholic beverages anymore.

Some Red or dry white whine, some beer - typically an Irish or Scottish Ale.

A rare Single Malt Scotch rocks, used to enjoy Absolut Black Russians.
At Christmas, Egg Nog w/ Amber Rum or Blended whiskey if we're out of Rum.

Not a fan or Martini's or Gin.

Have we covered non-alcoholic beverages lately? And . . .

Drink mostly water, juice, diet soda's and tea.(the juice and tea are also sugar free)

Favorite way for doing potatoes?
