honest question about gogo boys...


whenever i go to a nightclub/bar that features gogoboyz...they usually treat me very badly. They ignore me...blatantly give me attitude...and someones act as if they think they're better than me...when they're the ones whoring for money.

I'm embarrassed by the fact i allow them to talk to me that way and treat me that way....and i'm shocked by the fact they feel confident enough to do so.

It honestly hurts my feelings because to have a prostitute essentially think they're better than you is a low blow.

I remember calling a club to complain and the manager told me "oh some of the boys look really good so they think they can get away with things sorry"

WTF?!

How dare they...wat can i do to change this treatment i've been receiving?

what can i do to put them in check?
 
Why do you want to put them in check?

Stop talking to them. Ignore them. Pretend they don't exist. Go dance and have a good time. Save your tip dollars for the bartender.
 
My mother always told me to kill them with kindness.

And with a sweet smile, simply say "oo, you look a bit heavier."
 
Plus when they treat me this way seemingly at EVERY club i go to.... it's not something to just ignore. I have to make it stop, and not let them run me out of the gay culture/scene/hang out spots.
 
I suggest you channel your inner bitchiness. You seem to be suffering from some self esteem problems to let someone who you deem "whoring for money" get to you like that. The environment won't change, they are there to make money and as long as they are bringing the customers in, the club owner is on their side. You will have to learn to adjust or just find other places, just that simple. The best thing is to not give them any more of you money.
 
Maybe the attitude that needs to be checked is yours. Are you hitting on them? Making sexual remarks? They are dancers, not prostitutes.
 
I've ran into some pretty rude bartenders in New York. If your catching attitude from them, just ignore them. Dance and have fun.

To be fair, I've had go go boys be really friendly to me. If I tip them, they'll smile and ask me my name, if I'm having a good time, etc.

Unless you have someone seeking you out to antagonize you, it shouldn't be really complicated to avoid them.
 
You sound like you have problems, tbh. I would probably treat you the same way if you're anything like this thread indicates.

They run around litterally naked sometimes and i think give handjobs in the dark corners of the club to people.... they love promiscuity!!
 
what? around here gogo dancers are nice to everyone. even the dirty old men who only slip them a dollar.

at the very least, they'll be neutral. go go dancers don't go looking for trouble. are you approaching them and harassing them?
 
r u referring to Unicorn Club in Indianapolis by any chance? Kind of sounds like that place.

No not at all, they are all very rude and disgusting. I to talk to one and he scowled at me and ran off to talk to the other dancers.

They never even approach me 90% of the time. And when i attempt to converse with one they become abrassive and exit.
 
My experience has generally been the opposite

I rarely approach them but once in a while a particularly extraordinarily sexy thing just makes me change it up ;)

A kind hello - a few bucks - a smile - seems to provide the impetus for a fun exchange - mission accomplished
