I think they are quite happy, and I've noticed old Republican men tend to be the happiest. Topping the unhappiness list would probably gay men... and that's unfortunate, not bashing. (just refer to the thread on older gays and depression/aging)

I think the "organization" you're referring to is Gallup, no relation.

Also, Gallup was re-asking a question they'd asked for years. But shoot down any results that don't fit your pre-conceived ideas of "reality".
