The more I think about it, the more pissed I am that they killed off Nan (I'm probably one of the few who actually liked her). It would've been interesting to see how she, Bill, and Eric would've worked together now that she is their equal and she was no longer working for the AVL. Well, at least she's gotten one of the best death scenes in a series with really great death scenes.

I don't think it was Pam that released Russell. If nothing else, she knows that Russell will kill Eric if he's released, and Pam (no matter how angry or sad she is) would never let that happen. Pam loves Eric.

I love Ginger. She's such fun. Such a scene-stealer.

Not sure if someone mentioned this.. but it could just be a twist in that Steve is just wearing fake fangs for halloween as a joke. Other than that, there are so many possibilities.

Hmmm... I had thought that, except the fangs actually pop out. If they're fake then they're very good fakes. In any event, Jason doesn't have to invite him in. It'll be alright.

Edit: RE Sookie. I'd actually either like to see her alone for a while, or have her hook up with someone totally out of left field. Someone new, or just random. Regardless of the fact that Alcide is "good" for her, that's not really what True Blood is about. It's about the silly choices we make for and about love. Alcide will be too easy to match her with.

True, Pam heard Eric call her. Russell couldn't call Talbert because Sookie ran his remains down the disposal.

I just think Sookie has a fetish for freaky bad boys or something. I don't see her with a mere mortal.

I'm also intrigued by what may be the explanation of the faery having sex with Andy.

I feel sorry for Lafayette. He's going to be tortured, even more, next season.

After all is said and done for this year, I still think Mary Ann reigns as the supreme villainess over Marnie. Marnie gave her a run for her money, though.

I don't find Jessica and Jason's romance to be interesting. it just comes of really....CONVENIENT to me. Like they don't know what else to do with them. I think Jessica and Hoyt were a better couple.

I SUPREMELY hate the fact that there was very little faerie shit going on this season. Main reason i watched it.

I Agree with someone up there. The season seemed to foucs on the romances more than the supernatural. The romances slowed everything down and didn't make everything seem as urgent as one would treat them.

Even though Sam's storyline was random as hell. It was relieving to watch. But I'm very upset Tommy's cute ass is dead...poor Tommy..the love of my life...gone. If only Sam would have accidentally killed him, he'd be a skin walker...WASTE!

I enjoyed Marnie. I wish the whole witches vs Vampires thing was so much more intense. WASTE!

WHAT THE FUCK WAS UP WITH THAT WHOLE PANTHER SHIT!? What was even the point of all that??? Damn Fillers! True Blood writers need to stop masturbating and get back to writing good episodes like they did in season 2. WASTE!

I'm also happy that Renee's ghost is back too. That made think that whole creepy baby thing they set up might not have been a completely random plot set up.

I really liked the finale. I thought it was pretty good, but agree with almost all that the way the Marnie storyline ended I was like um, is she really just walking away with a bunch of dead people?

It was nice to see Gran back though. Even though I sometimes want to slap her, I got a little sad when Sookie broke down to her, saying how lost she was without her.

Nan? Boo. I liked her.

The stupid pastor? Can't come in Jason's house without him inviting him in. If he barges in I'll be pissed. But Jason, being stupider than a box of rocks, will probably say "C'mon in, the water's fine!"

I don't want Tara to be dead. I'm thinking Bill or Eric will save her after Sookie calls to them. Fuck Debbie, too. I got some joy out of Sookie blowing her head off.

Renee. Telling Arlene to run? Interesting.

Also, wtf is up with Andy boning some fairy in the forest and nothing happened? If that god damned golden fruit comes back, I'm tempted to eat it just so I don't have to deal with it again.

1) Tara is coming back as a vampire.

2) Either that or she is really dead and Snookie will probably just roll her dead body out of her house and dump it by the road and loudly complain, "Oh Tara, I can't do this, I am so in love with Beeeel and Eric and my love life is just so important right now."

3) Debbie's death. Anyone else thinks that Snookie should get her arse thrown in jail for that? I am starting to think the legal system there is the only imaginary thing left after the appearances of vamps, werewolves and witches.

Alcide will be involved (no duh!) and I think he might stop falling in love with Snooki.

4) Silver removed. Methinks it is not a vamp who freed Russell. Faeries maybe. Or someone from the Authority.

5) Lafayette's stupid haircut might change for the better.

Debbie should have aimed better.

For True Blood, it is not enough to simply lower one's expectations in order to avoid disappointment. It's best that one have no expectations at all.

After four seasons and I still don't learn. But this season's cliffhanger is much, much, much better than whatthefuckcliffhanger last season was.

I'm kinda excited about Tara's future in True Blood.

I'm so sick of TV shows getting Wicca wrong. Stupid "Wiccans" on True Blood who can't even pronounce Samhain* right, and who apparently do magic exclusively to cause harm to others, instead of, you know, never doing that at all. The Wiccan Rede is "An it harm none, do as thou wilt." The ethic of harmlessness is BASIC SHIT in our religion.

Magic IS part of Wicca, but nothing like on this ridiculous show, and it's not really the main focus.

Imagine if all Christians ever did on television was divide loaves and fishes. You'd have to admit that dividing loaves and fishes was an important miracle, but modern Christians don't really do it on a regular basis, and more to the point it's NOT THE REALLY IMPORTANT SHIT about Christianity.

So FUCK these writers, and not in a nice way. And the horse they rode in on.

However, weren't Eric and Bill the only people to know where Russell actually was? So I don't know how any other vampire could have freed him. Unless Russell created another vampire other than Talbot. Does anyone think that Russell could have possibly just busted out himself? I mean he is a 3000 year old vampire and incredibly powerful.

People get up in arms about TV shows all the time, when something they care about is treated badly. And the characterization of a minority (in this case, a minority religion) on a sufficiently popular TV show can affect how members of that minority are treated in real life.

This isn't trivial or an unreal concern. And if you've never had rocks thrown at you for practicing your religion, you really shouldn't ridicule me for being upset about something like this, because I HAVE had that experience.
