I walk a lot and observe the locals.
PARIS locals seems to avoid eye contact when walking past each other (both males and females)

Paris public parks all locked up from sunset to sunrise for safety reasons I guess.

Pere Lachaise cemetery, thought it was a park :)
 
I'm told it is a famous cemetery where Jim Morrison burried.
Saw a few tour guides with people touring the cemetery with history lessons in French
 
I just returned from Amsterdam and Vienna. We used Uber to get around and it worked very well. Quick service and low price. Most of the trips were in the E3.00-E4.00 range.

A lot of parks, like in quite a bit of London and Edinburgh in my experience, are purely for local residents and you must have a key to enter.

It feels like a bit of a waste in Amsterdam though. You can walk across the entire city in an hour! Still at that price its no worry.

Bullshit. I've been on the tower a few times and I know there's toilets on every floor: a whole lot on the first floor (alt 57 meters IIRC), several on the second (about 125 meters) and one room each for men and women on the top floor. And even that one had (in the men's room) two sit-down toilets and a few urinals. Again, IIRC.

No-one can. Uncut men know how to wash it. As for cut men, that's a different story. Americans tend to wash what they have left. Senegalese and Turks likewise. Everything inbetween often needs to wash more thoroughly, and muslims from certain Asian countries are filthy. There I said it. Persians (Iran, Afganistan) tend to be clean in my experience, but Pakistanis, not so much.
