Heroes Season 3: Villians [merged]

Peter should die already. One of the most, if not the most, annoying characters.

^Actually, the odds right now are on Hiro dying before the season is up.

Tonight was so awesome.

It was a little confused until just now when i saw season one Claire running into the fire, then it hit me and it all became clear, you know everything came full circle.

The writer must have had the entire series planned out from day one to be able to do this episode today.

I have to watch it again, to make sure i get everything and get an understanding of the backstory.

"Incredible he actually exposes the brain"

They still need to tell us how Sylar gets the abilities from others.

African Man? :( He was so attractive to me. I liked the way he talked and the way he delivered his lines.

I thought that they said the father committed suicide? Now they are saying he "died" of a heart attack. I keep saying I am going to stop watching because it's getting so bad, but I keep watching it. I wiil NOT weep when this is finally canceled, lol.

well, it was first told to everyone that arthur had a heart attack and according to this episode that's what happened. angela told peter exclusively that he committed suicide to manipulate him

i LOVED this episode. had the complete season 1 vibe that the show needs to have

the irony here is nathan inadvertently saving the father who wanted him dead.

I got a little miffed at this episode after the whole utsusu (I think that's his name?)/hiro/arthur thing. it occurred to me that he now has peter's powers, but i forgot to think about the ability to see the future and time travel. either way, i'm still pretty miffed about the whole thing.

I skipped last night for the 1st time. This show is going no where. I think this is it's last season.

you missed a lovely reintroduction to season one.

y do we need a reintroduction to season 1.....i mean sure its nice to know...but it seems theyre are making this season up as they go along...i seriously want to kick the writers in the face

Last night was great. It gave a lot of insight into the first episode of the show. I especially loved seeing Meredith in action. I'm glad she can do more than just creat a little poof of fire in her palm. I'm glad she can kick ass. I hope we see more of her.

I also liked the backstory between Elle and Sylar. Sylar has been great all season. I love how they're making him more human and showing us his good side. Before this season, I couldn't wait for someone to kill him, but now I want to see him be redeemed. I want to see him turn into the Sylar we saw four years in the future.

Also, I'm starting to really love Angela. She was so deliciously evil poisoning Arthur.

All in all, yes, I think this has shaped up to be a great volume of Heroes. Despite what the haters say, they really have managed to recapture a lot of what they had in season 1. I can't wait for the finale of Villains and see the set-up for Fugitives.

Which brings us to tonight.

Now with the coming eclipse, and what it does to reverse the previous eclipse's effects...does that mean Peter and everyone whose powers were taken gets them back, while those who have them will be relieved of them?

Because there were so many loose ends that were left untied that we need a reminder of what they were.

My DVR cut out RIGHT as they were about to show what Arthur was drawing. Can someone tell me the very end of the show and the preview for next week?

ok....the only thing that really annoyed me with this episode was with Hiro and Ando and the 9th Wonder comic....how are those still "predicting the future" when Issac who died in season 1 was drawing them?

mine did that too...but luckily i was also taping My Own Worst Enemy so I caught it.

He just drew the eclipse and said "it's coming".

the preview for next week showed everyone losing their powers as the eclipse comes...and it also shows Elle shooting Claire and she can't heal herself.

Based on Mohinder's narration at the end, it sounds like the loss of their powers will only be during the eclipse. "It starts with light and ends with light." So, it sounds like it will end with something good, but a lot of bad things will happen in between.

Why do they insist on making Hiro so fucking annoying? Either give him something serious to do or write him out of the show.

Elle and Syler were the coolest thing I've ever seen in my life. Their story tonight was very, very satisfying. Kristen Bell is only contracted through the end of Villains, so I hope they either re-sign her and bring her back or they give her a good send-off. I'd hate to see her killed off or something like that. She deserves a happy ending or, better yet, to not leave at all.

Okay, so Gabriel has Elle's power now, but he didn't have to open her up to peek into her brain. What does that mean about the way his power works? Both his and Peter's abilities seem to be some sort of variation of Arthur's ability to steal the gifts others: except Peter's gift was always the more passive, and Gabriel's the more aggressive. I thought it seemed an awesome contrast between the two characters, especially since it turns out they're brothers. Now, however, it appears that Sylar's power isn't quite so violent in nature. Is it because it's evolving, or has it always been that way? And I loved the interaction between him and Elle. The sparks certainly were flying, so to speak.

I would have liked the writers to tell us how Syler acquired his powers before learning empathy.

I also want to know why Patrelli killed the sexy accent African man instead of just making him 10 years old like he did with Hiro :(

With Angela awake hopefully we'll more more about Aurther's powers. I can't believe Tracy. God damn politicians! I tried watching the side Heroes story online with that Santiago guy, but I can't get any of the videos to play:(

I think either he wrote them really far ahead and had them scheduled to come out at certains times, or the black guy was continuing it, or there's a 3rd person who can see the future that Isaac had as a back up since he knew he was going to die.

but luckily i was also taping My Own Worst Enemy

Remember when Edward was outside on the balcony with Mariam in "Russia" and it was "cold and snowing?"

We couldnt see their breath as they exhaled lol.

Its like this movie Turbulance supposedly shot in winter with all this snow; but whenever anyone talked you never saw condensation.

I guess if you are caught up in the story you miss/overlook minor details; but i caught it lol so they probably were shooting in the summer on a lot in the USA.

anyways back to Heroes
