How did Shear La Berf get raped?

I heard about this on Facebook. 90% of the comments are either making fun of him, or saying men can't be raped. Misandry is rampant, and even encouraged in our society.
It reminds me of the incident where the football player was hazed and sexually abused... but since the victim was a guy, the only thing people at the school were outraged about was the football season being canceled.

Priorities.

Can't miss a game in that Neanderthal sport.

I think the confusion that has happened is that LaBeouf used a looser term rape - she assaulted him and attempted to rape him is a better description.

Yeah I wondered too, regardless of the correct spelling of his name.

It's got to be oral or anal penetration, right? He claimed it was a woman who raped him so shed have to use something.

It's not like she could sit on his dick. If he's hard it's not really rape is it?

Apparently she "raped" him during his performance art piece, the one where he would sit silently with a bag over his head and viewers were allowed to come in and do whatever they wanted with him. Supposedly she spent 10 minutes whipping his legs befvore moving on to "rape" him.

So basically he gave permission and when she took things farther than he might have wanted he refused to say no, thereby giving permission. Whatever she did after the whipping of his legs wasn't specified and he apparently never made a police report. It sounds as if the claim of "rape" was merely for publicity. If you read the interview he did about it, the part that really upset him was when his own GF came in much later and he still refused to talk (apparently part of the performance art piece) sitting silently when she questioned him about it.

Long story short, strange woman wanted to get kinky with him and either give him a BJ or finger fuck his ass/mouth afterward and he willingly went along.... until GF confronted him. He claims rape while doing an interview just because.

The sad part is men can be raped and La Bitch's asinine attempt at increased notoriety makes it harder for any real claim to be taken seriously. But yeah, whatever.

An erection does not automatically mean consent. You can stimulate a man to erection against his will. Regardless, just touching and rubbing on anyone against their will is sexual assault.

How could Labeouf possibly get raped when his head is permanently up his own arse?

His dick couldn't fit up there in time for the girl not to fondle and ride him?

Also, I didn't realize that you had to vocalize the word "no" for it not to be rape. Guess sleeping straight guys need to watch out for some of the folks in the fetish section - why, if they don't wake up in time, it's consent!

Sleeping, passed out or drunk/drugged individuals are incapable of saying no. A "celebrity" with a bag over his head who CHOOSES not to speak is not incapable, just unwilling. He made a passive choice NOT to refuse her advances, he was in no way incapacitated or unable to speak up. His silent acceptance marked him a willing participant, it isn't like she had a gun and forced him or anything.

Well..a girl still have a set of free fingers-just think about it -_-

I rest my case, Shia is well known over-the-top begging for attention, he's one of those 86 generation with disorder (i.e= Amanda Bynes)

Really? Has it happened to you? Anyone else out there?

If I'm in an unpleasant, stressed situation of unwanted aggression and violence which is what I understand by rape, my cock shrinks, much less get hard.

Maybe it's just me...

I get erections when I sleep, doesn't mean it's right for you to suck it.

Has it happened to you, have you been raped to say whether or not one is able to be able to get an erection or for someone to force an erection upon someone?

And yea, it is you.

We will never know what happened in the room, but it appears that people helping him run the show have said he being raped and they stopped it. Whether or not we really like him does not matter - we should just accept the evidence and move on. His not pressing charges so it really is most unimportant to the world.

Is there any evidence of that? A link to the alleged statements from the operators of the venue would be helpful. Otherwise all I've seen is his interview where he said she spent 10 minutes whipping his legs then proceeded to rape him. He also admits that he never spoke a word or made any move to stop her. That clearly defies his claim of rape as he willingly accepted it. It wasn't until after his girlfriend showed up and confronted him about it that he claims any real discomfort with the situation.
