I have found the above link to be a great way to keep track of how much I eat, I was at 218 in May and today I hit 193.
I have found it to be more difficult to lose weight and keep it off as I get older. Today I ate about 1200 calories, my plan (I don't like the word diet) allows for 1600, but I really didn't feel like eating any more.
