I am saying English TODAY is the most useful language in the world....dear God.

My point is countries should just accept English as their official language since most people have to learn it in today's world.

Take for example my poor shitty country Bosnia, all the young people speak English and they HAVE to learn it unless they want to be poor forever....
Almost anywhere you go..people speak English.

What would happen to Bosnia if English was the only language?

There would be no Serbian,Croatian, or Bosnian....there would be no nationalism.
Everybody would have English names and speak one language.

It would kill all the retardation in the Balkans.

We fought against racism because apparently a lot of human beings have compassion and want to see everybody treated fairly and in justice.
I wouldn't give a shit if the world spoke German,Russian or English or any language...as long as there is one language.

Languages come and go, bud. Many people do not speak English. World languages are not going to suddenly die. Russian, French, Spanish, German, Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), Japanese...many languages are just as useful to know as English. English is not the dominant language in Canada. It's one of them...and to that end, more people speak Chinese than French outside of Quebec anyway.

The more languages you know, the more vast your networking becomes. You want a large network in the modern era...you are severely limiting yourself by knowing (or committing) to one language and ignoring the rest.

I am fluent in English, I can read French (can understand it when spoken to). Just don't expect me to ever be able to formulate an oral response to anyone speaking French. They talk SO FUCKING FAST! Dear God...anywho, I am learning Russian and loving it. Going to take up French again and my work offers free Japanese courses. Going to take some classes to get a certificate in Japanese.

one of my favorite towns (to say or write) is Ka'a'awa

not too many words - in any language can come up with 65% A's in one little word !
