I can't get enough of it.

If I'm not eating it, I'm thinking about the next time I can eat it.

Of course, I'm talking about sushi! Now, if you've never tried it, I highly recommend it. It is healthy, tasty, and just all around orgasmic.

Some of my favorites -

A Rainbow Roll - - A roll with shrimp, tuna, salmon, whitefish, and avocado on top. Usually has shrimp and crab in the middle. SO GOOD, and I try to order it everywhere.

A Dragon Roll - - has eel and avocado on top. Very tasty if made right!

A Spicy Tuna Roll - very good if the tuna is fresh. Surprisingly, one of the best ones I had ever had was in Iowa of all places last week. Could have eaten 5 of them alone.

A Shrimp Tempura Roll - not much to say here - who doesn't like fried shrimp??

Finally, salmon nigiri and unagi. I think you can tell the quality of the sushi in general based off how their eel tastes. It can literally melt in your mouth! Good stuff!

I will probably be eating it for dinner tonight, after looking at the pictures!!

Anyone else like it as much as I do???

i tend to stick to the more vegan heavy stuff as i tend to still be a little hesitant with raw fish but i do love unagi!

Sadly, no. I have heard that sushi is very tasty, but alas, I have to pass. After seeing some rather umm...."eye opening" pics of fish (and I'm refraining from details) I don't eat anything raw or slightly raw that comes out of the water.

and to think that when I was a kid I was very afraid of sea urchin!

I also love Dragon Rolls, there is this place close to my house that have a few twists on the Dragon rolls that are out of this world good!

You, along with many others probably don't realize that quality standards for sushi are much greater than any other type of seafood available to the public. Fish that is rated 'Sushi safe' has undergone much more rigid testing than any other in the industry. Similar to beef being rated 'prime' or 'choice'. There aren't any higher standards for fish than 'sushi' grade.

Having said that, I do like some of it, but I'm not that crazy about some of the more obscure stuff.
