You have only been trying for three days. It takes time for your hole to stretch out enough to accept a fist. Personally, I think you should slow down, but that is your decision to make.

1. Use the bathroom, bowel movement. You can also douche.
2.Use LOTS of LUBE.
3. Lube your ass.
4. Lube your fingers and hand. You can use a latex glove if you like.
5. Start with one finger and stretch your hole, then put in 2 and try to pull apart to stretch your hole more. Keep repeating this process until all fingers are inside.
6. To actually fist, put your hand in a "duck" position and take a deep breath then exhale deeply and push into your ass... your fist will naturally curl up.
7. when ready to pull out take a deep breath and then exhale while pulling out.

First off I wanted to say I am
