  • Hi Guest - Did you know?

Is dry soup powder healthy ?

Cl2 + 2 NaOH → NaCl + NaOCl + H2O

There's water in this too but I'm not sure that it still makes it healthy to consume.

Ok the human body is very complex.
I don't know if you consume unusual/unnatural ingredient is any good.

I was planning to have the soup daily because it is so easy to make like instant coffee but i changed my mind.
Maybe once a month?.

But this soup has lots of water, so it is.

If, on balance, the soup has more water than the body needs to process the other ingredients, the soup is healthy merely by adding to the body's water supply.

What, I don't even... is this a joke? And I am definitely not trying to sound like an arse here.

What you just said makes no sense, the amount of water in the food has nothing at all to do with it being healthy or not. Sure it makes it look bigger and makes the food have less calories pr. volume. Still doesn't change the amount of total calories.

Oh one more,
An old Russian guy here told me that in white bread, they put some type of ingredient which is bad for the body, i forgot what he told me.

Not a joke.

Most people don't get enough water daily for their body to metabolize things properly. Any time they eat something that has a water "surplus" it's a good thing.

I learned that rowing crew in college. I thought I was in shape and had lots of energy, but the coach told us he wanted everyone to drink enough water that we peed clear twice a day. After a week of that, I fatigued less quickly, didn't get dry mouth as much, and even slept better. The sports medicine guy told us our bodies were working at less than optimum because they couldn't clean our systems properly without enough water.

The formula we learned for how much clear liquid we should drink daily was [(weight in pounds)/2] ounces.

The bleaching process for flour that results in white bread used to strip out a major part of the nutrients from the wheat. But I don't think there was ever an unsafe additive.

Of course most white bread is about 95% air by volume, which makes it sort of worthless.

I must say though, that it is clear from the defensive responses who likes their cup-a-soup and who doesn't. lol.

Carry on.

^Arrggh, I wouldn't touch that slop with a ten foot pole!

^ And yet somehow, you never seem to be able to achieve this rather humble objective.
