^Apparently, this was part of a suicide pact with another 12 year old girl. The plan was for both girls to kill their families and then kill themselves.

America is cash. Make it expensive to keep and carry, promote, drive profit margins down, criminalize or massively fine politicians taking ersatz bribes, remove citizens united, and reform campaign finance, and we'll get gun control.
