You got that right, costume was definitely more than 3, max was five. I didn't really pay much attention to what she wears. Wonder if the show would be scaled up when Janet does her gig back in US.

Eyeing on Apr 4, Austin, Texas now.... Should all goes well, I would be there to catch Janet again. Any fans frm Austin here?

I hear what you're saying but IMO some (not all) Janet fans are letting her off the hook. I'm just not one of them. At 41, I go way back with her (had the cassette for her first album) so it isn't like I'm a "Hater". Just making sure you guys know that. I'm simply disappointed that she (a successful veteran artist) made such a BAD mistake. What the hell was she thinking showing her tit during the most popular FAMILY event on American TV? Come on now.

I don't think Janet has the budget that she had in previous tours. I don't see her spending her own money to mount the same elaborate shows.

Back to the tour...so far she has done a different stage in each city and besides the Manila, Singapore, and Jakarta dates, she also did a private show at a gala in Singapore the day before her actual show.

Rumor has it that she'll be doing another private show in Shanghai, China in the next few days.

I have not been feeling her concerts outfits the past couple of years. She has put on some weight, which she carries well, but those outfits don't compliment her figure.

They did work together for the "Scream" tribute at the 2009 VMAs and Janet said she was happy to work with and see her again. On a professional level, Janet just wanted to move on.

I don't know why she's wearing these bodysuits. She's gonna sweat enough as it is. I think all that constriction would affect her performance.

Well, that's the PC answer. The truth is that Tina knew that Rene was cheating on Janet and didn't tell her. In turn, when Janet found this out, she broke off their friendship. "You Aint Right" from "All For You" is about Tina. It was in The Source or Vibe long time ago.

^ Which is why I wrote "on a professional level" because the cheating situation is personal. Both Janet and Tina were being cheated on simultaneously and neither parties told each other. The Janet and Rene relationship was already dissolving in 1998 as they became more of business partners than a married couple (especially with The Velvet Rope album and tour).

No. Janet is only performing singles, specifically #1 from her second Greatest Hits collection.

And yes, the sponsors are going all out with packages and ticket sales!

I cannot wait for March 7 to get here already...all the videos have been great and she's getting a lot of love overseas...this tour was meant for to reconnect w/ the fans again and it's working

But I was upgraded due to lesser crowds below. We were free to fill the empty seats in front!(!)
