Believe it or not, it used to teach you things at one time. Then the 'reality' phase arrived and it's been unwatchable ever since. Same with A&E. At one time, it was both artsy and entertaining. And you could actually discover things on Discovery. And the History Channel was truly historical. (I have no idea what Swamp People has to do with History. Honestly, I don't.)
