Up yer bum!No derby win. Just Ozguy eating humble pie. Long enough trip from Subi to Albany to eat numerous helpings of the said food.
......They're a lot baggier than they used to be, and many footballers today wear those long lycra thingies underneath them for extra protection. Back in the 80's and early 90's their shorts were REALLY short & tight! ......Wow! Sorry to bump in but I've been watching AFL lately here (on Eurosport 2) and wow, those tight shorts on those muscular guys LOL.![]()

I didn't notice.Didn't Matty Maguire look handsome on the Footy Show last night!![]()

For Sale to the highest bidder, my unending support for a football team that can win games and not lose games to lowly teams on the ladder.
A trip across the West Gate and down the Princes Highway to the shores of the Barwon is looking enticing..........
Not quite the time yet to get desparate and start tipping boilovers.....

Well, maybe it was time.....
Last night on "Can We Help You" on ABCTV, the panel were discussing the origins of the expression "eating humble pie". It was mentioned that local variations which meant the same thing included "eating boiled crow". I wonder if the local variations extend to "eating boiled magpie"?
Wobble, wobble, toil and trobble.........
