Kevin Spacey Charged With Felony Sexual Assault

^^ if every drunk bar or club patron was arrested and sent to jail for touching another drunks ass or private part of breast our jails would be more overcrowded than what they already are---people have to stop being the victim and fight back in that moment ---I have been grouped several times in my life in a bar ---and grabbed aggressively----did I want the creep to go to jail?--hell no---maybe I am wrong but Americans think about this stuff way different than Western Europe or Latin America---

I know Spacey is a creep--part of it was def his celebrity---and I'm fine with his loss of career---I've seen him in action but geez I don't know what happened here but I've seen his mother talk about the assault---and I call bullshit on her.

It was reported that Spacey put his hand down (inside of) the 18 year olds pants. More than just a pat on the ass or a brush on the breast.

You skipped right over testimony, which is really all we have to work with, so far. Funny that.

Will you not allow the mother's testimony be heard in court, then? What about the [alleged] girlfriend's claims? Inadmissible, as well?
 
Sec. 23a states that the licensee has a legal obligation to verify via identification that every patron is at least 21 years of age. If the bar did that, the teen wouldnt have been there. Since they didn't and he was in there consuming alcohol, the bar is culpable to a large degree. Did the teen ever refuse the drinks? Did he ever say no to the advances?

Testimony is a part of the trail. duh? As to what testimony is admissible, it would I suppose depend upon if it's hearsay, eye witness account or pertaining to the alleged victims mental and physical condition after the event. Mommy at a press conference doesn't cut it.

you are putting words in my mouth I'm not talking 16 or 17 year olds ---no one is talking sexual abuse or rape for god's sake---but you cheapen those real crimes when any drunk touching becomes a long prison sentence. We will see how this unfolds but he's already been accused of having sex with a 15 year old so lets get him on that not an accusation that has been all over the place and will be hard to prove--as it was in a public place

When I was 18 I would have dropped the phone and knuckled a person for doing this, but this was not just a person, it was a celebrity who felt like his status had given him the right to reach out and grab 'em by the cock... sound familiar?
Also, today's 'boys' have been taught that self defense is naughty. Don't defend yourself, you have no right to do so.

With all due respect, you don't know how Spacy felt. Maybe the teen, who lied abiut his ahe to get into the bar, flirted with him and encouraged the attention. The internet is full of teens doing stupid things and filming it themselves to post it. Many of them are under age and post naked selfies for much less then alcohol.
