as long as he's NOT running out on the streets anymore. i could care less of what they do to him. whether they tie him up to a bedpost and spread his asscheeks and take a metal cord by his ass slow and stick it in his ass like zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz or they sow his asshole closed and keep feeding him and feeding him or just chop his head off or simply lock his ass in jail forever, as long as he's not able to go free and kill everyone in the general public. that guy is a monster.

I don't think he can go the insanity route... It's VERY obvious that all of this was meticulously planned. He didn't "hear voices in his head telling him to do it" or anything like that (like the Greyhound Bus guy). He planned it all, and he fled the country immediately after before anyone knew what happened. There's no way he can get off on an insanity plea

They are high-profile cases in England, not Canada. You can't compare the British and Canadian justice systems any more than you can compare either of them to the United States or any other country.

They were the British boys (10 years old, I believe) who kidnapped, tortured, and murdered a 6-year-old boy. (If I remember correctly, they shoved batteries up his rectum before killing him. They were tried as adults and convicted of murder.

As for the bolded part... listen to what others have said. There is no way he can plea insanity. None. This man is derange,d but he is not "insane" in the sense where it protects you from the law. As far at the justice system is concerned, insanity is the lack of reason or rationality. While he's a twisted fuck, he demonstrated a lot of reasoning power.
