the aim is to get a nice ridge on my shoulders (Trapizeus) and to get a nice ridge on my pecs... but whilst building from the base of my chest so it is bigger over all... thats the aim.. but to keep it all proportionate!

the programme is a bitch! 6 days a week 1hr a day... simple guide its a diff muscle group each day with no more than 200 contractions of that muscle group within the hour...

if anyone cares enough i can write it up... more pics soon i hope!!
