On Topic Discussion Mike Jeffries: The "Guy" that Runs Abercrombie and Fitch Doesn't Believe in Aging Gracefully

Apparently his eccentricities are making things difficult for A&F:

Clean-shaven males had to wear a uniform of Abercrombie polo shirts, boxer briefs, flip-flops and a “spritz” of the retailer’s cologne, according to an “Aircraft Standards” manual, disclosed in an age-discrimination lawsuit brought by a former pilot. Among the 40-plus pages of detailed instructions: black gloves had to be used when handling silverware and white gloves to lay the table, the song “Take Me Home” had to be played when passengers entered the cabin on return flights and Jeffries’s dogs -- identified in the document as Ruby, Trouble and Sammy -- had different seating arrangements based on which ones were traveling.

The document has come to light at a time when Jeffries’s management style is being questioned. Abercrombie’s shares have erased half their value in the past year, and activist investor Ralph Whitworth is pressing for changes, according to a person familiar with the matter. While Jeffries’s penchant for details helped turn Abercrombie into a global brand, the 68-year-old CEO is struggling to reverse falling same-store sales as shoppers grow weary of the fashions and risqué marketing.

Bloody hell! What on earth did he do to his face for it end up looking like that? :bartshock

... and those teeth .. there is such things as too white ... they look ridiculously false.

Well...with all that work done he's passable as, perhaps, a 65 year-old. We have better looking men of such age on this very forum!

all that surgery he gets couldn't cover up the ugliness that he has inside of him.

Mr. A&F's lifetime achievement is about bombarding culture with certain ideals of what sexy and beauty should be. He was amerced around vanity for decades, and now we expect him to accept aging gracefully? More so, he speaks to the greater problem that is particularly relevant to gay communities everywhere. Older gay men have a hard time accepting themselves because we as a whole do not want to accept aging. We push each-other to chase that fountain of youth that was never there. past weekend I was in a bar with friends and there was a middle aged man, must have been in his early 60s who tried too hard to look 21 again. I felt sad for him, but I couldn't blame him.

Could be that finally their fad is fading out but remember Gap reinvented itself so they could still be successful with the brand....they may need a new CEO tho! Board shakeup too.

He ruined his face.
Wrinkles are better than surgery scars.

Guess who just got indicted for sex-trafficking?

The former CEO of fashion giant Abercrombie & Fitch (A&F) and his British partner have been arrested and are facing sex trafficking charges, the BBC understands.

Mike Jeffries, his partner Matthew Smith and the couple’s alleged middleman were arrested on Tuesday morning.

The FBI and prosecutor's office are expected to announce more details at a press conference shortly.

Lawyers for Mr Jeffries and Mr Smith have both previously denied any wrongdoing by both men. Responding to the latest news, Mr Jeffries' lawyer told the BBC: "We will respond in detail to the allegations after the Indictment is unsealed, and when appropriate, but plan to do so in the courthouse – not the media."

The indictments come after a BBC documentary interviewed multiple victims of Jeffries:

And since several images in this thread are broken, here's Jeffries' before and after photos:
