This weekend I have slept most of the time - hypersomnia. I have lost interest in so many things over the past few weeks; I feel as though I am truly falling to a place I don't recognize at the moment. I kind of want to give up. Part of me already has, by sleeping away the whole weekend and not making time for what I need to do. I need to make it through this week at work. If I do, I may bounce back. I've decided to attend a mini-shower at work on Wednesday to try to help get me out of this, and socialize with a few co-workers. Normally I would have said hell no stay out of my personal time. I need to be around people, though. Rejection has been all too common lately for me. Just need to spent time with people whom I can trust.​

I was pretty lethargic this weekend, too - as was DPNice. I think there's more to the seasonal stress from the past few months playing catch up and us all getting some sorely needed sleep.

Don't chalk it all up to depression related issues, just yet - I know that can be part of it, but I think there's a significant amount that's more generic than that.
