There are many tips I've included in this thread..but here's something I want to repeat again just because I thought its important.
This is how to discipline yourself to not snack.
Whenever you have the urge to snack and that urge is sooooo strong that you must have it? Guess what...
Before you eat it, Put the snack down. Read the calories per servings in the back.
Then calculate how long you must exercise to burn off just THAT amount.
Go exercise, run, or lift weight to that amount of calories that you would have consumed.
Usually you can burn like atleast 100 calories quick just by jogging 15-20 minutes.
When you're all done with all the workout and sitting there sweating it all out...cooling and relaxed..
Pick up the snack again.
The first thing you'll notice is you're no longer craving for it.
If you still are, then you can now safely consume it.
You will learn to discipline youself to not snack.
