I've liked it so far. I mean it's not like appointment television but it's good. I think a lot of people were expecting Buffy part which clearly it is not but I like that.

My only concern is that there's a real limit to the number of situations for them to use the actives. I already find the exterior dollhouse storyline far more interesting than what Eliza's doing all episode

Obviously the show is not gonna stick with the Dollhouse formula and be all "what can Eliza do this week..."

They're already showing signs of breaking that... With Echo's memory starting to go all whacky.. Alpha on the run.. an investigator trying to expose Dollhouse.. It's gonna get interesting. I have faith in Joss.

Yes but all the memory stuff is ensconced in a weekly storyline. I highly doubt that's gonna be scrapped. Whether it's you know what monsters you kill this week, or what patients you treat this weeek, or what criminal you catch this week a longer character intensive drama is wrapped around weekly 'adventurs'. That's the way TV works with rare exception.

Of course, but even Buffy broke loose from that after a while.. I'm sure Joss will keep to it for at least a season.. maybe more.. But at some point I see the show taking on a new formula. It wont stay this way for too long.

Dude this show is freaking amazing...it seriously jumped to one of my favorite shows...Joss is such an amazing writer and with Eliza as the front runner i have nothing but high hopes she is an amazing actress and this show deserves more...come on people watch the show...support it....

if you like mystery, drama, and suspense then this the show for you.....it brings Lost's mystery and confusion together with Desperate Housewives drama, and 24's constant suspense...great show

The latest episode was amazing. For some reason I saw a lot of Faith in Echo during the second half. Doing things the dirty way...

God, I loved it. Oh how I missed Joss...

Seriously, Friday nights are now reserved for Terminator and Dollhouse. No more going out.. Not as long as Dollhouse is alive.

They're all pretty empty headed in the dollhouse. lol But yeah. She's hilarious.. and so cute. "That wasn't very quiet." lmao! Only Joss can throw on a humorous line at end of an attempted rape scene.

Her and Victor were so adorable in tonight's episode.

Last nights episode was excellent. Loved the final porn comment. Poor Victor. He thought he somehow hurt Sierra; I wanted to make him feel all better inside :(

Did anyone forsee the needy neighbor being an active? It makes more sense now that I've watched it. During the show, I was wondering why they were spying her apartment.

And does anyone else thing Topher is cute? I loved the episode before last, where he noticed Victor having a southern uprising in the shower for Sierra (or as he put it, a man reaction).

Actually, I knew she'd end up being an active. I think in the original pilot she was an active called "November" But after the retooling by Fox, Joss had to change everything.

I had a feeling he would still keep Millie as an active. But I started to think differently when Adelle sent the perv to kill Millie. I was like - Dammit!

But boy was I wrong haha.

Topher brings new meaning to "sexy Nerd". The outfits he wears just totally give away his figure.. And I like. :D

FINALLY that's the Joss I've been waiting for ;) the episode was great and I can't help but think that it's because it wasn't so focused on Echo, who up to this point had been too much of an anti-character to be a character.

Since Millie's introduction I thought she'd be an active and I only stopped believing when they put a hit out on her, which allowed me to be pleasantly surprised to learn that she was again. It definitely makes things more interesting now that we know there can be multiple profiles in a person at once. Plus there's the question of whether the 'insider' is actually helping or if it's just a containment tactic.

Honestly I've always thought it would be AWESOME if Olivia turned out to be an active (because if you ran the Dollhouse wouldn't you want to make sure that you created the perfect person to run it?) but now I wonder if maybe she's the one trying to bring it down, she is giving Echo a LOT of leeway.
