I just love Storm, seriously, how can't you like her?

Indeed like said before, She is the Big Sister of X-men (at most a "aunt") while Scott is the Big brother... but wolverine is more like of the "rebel brother" than a pervert uncle... xD
 
Storm is pretty much the reason I took an interest to know anything about comics...ever

He was popular even before the movies. Which was why the films centered on him.

It's also why I loved how Emma Frost gave him the brain of a frightened ten year old.

I don't know; they still haven't explained all of the Asian porn in the boys' dorm, and none of them can teleport that far yet...and he did get Jubilee hooked on cigars. He's also snagged a deep kiss from Storm, and loved being on watch in the Australia digs once he figured out that the even the showers were watched.

I'm sorry; I just like the idea of Wolverine as the perverted uncle. It may be the anime speaking, but I think it goes a lot more towards explaining his behavior. Heh.

Well If ever if comes out, I will prob watch it, because if its like anything else that X-men does storm will be in it. They come across new charaters all the times, so I am sure they will fit her in to the series. Unless some one read something that says they will never put her in it. Oh well you should all give it a shot to, just once. Sometimes that shit will surprise you.
 
So I have been thinking ...

A LOT of gay men profess to love Storm... and I could never figure out why...

Then I took to thinking and I realized ...in the movies the one person who could have played Storm so good..

RuPaul.. and I realized that Storm is indeed a such a statuesque female that she sorta resembles a drag queen herself in many ways which is why gay men have such an endearing love affair with Storm.

I personally love Iceman... always have always will even though he is quite underused.
 
I hated Xmen evaluation, I like the orginal series even if it had crappy drawing , it alway had a good story and where the hell is Storm she was on the team before Wolverine.
 
Actually, Storm and Wolverine were on the team at about the same time. Both were recruited to assist in freeing the original X-Men from Krakoa, the Living Island.
 
I agree with all who are not fond of Wolverine such as myself, his story lines are booooringg, him and Jean are so overated. For once, I would like to see other characters in the background show up, like they randomly did it in X-men Evolution, even if the story lines are messed up, it was cool to see different powers. I mean wallflower, wind dancer, network, and Magik I want to see all of them with their powers

emma frost but no jean grey? i love all incarnations of jean except goblin queen.i guess i'm the only one not into emma at all. i don't mind her but i love jean. at least storm is there. i hope her role is more prominent like in comics. she's always in the background in tv and film.

but i really want psylocke featured. her story and powers are so interesting but she's never in anything. her part in the last stand was a joke and a complete waste of an awesome character.

also i find beast and nightcrawler so boring. don't even get me started on wolverine. kitty (i'm assuming that's kitty) is ok i guess.
 
Beast serves a good role as the intellect, which is why they probably keep him around and Nightcrawler can be written as an easy way out if they're ever in a bind.

They probably don't have Jean because she's not in the comics right now. I've already explained my issues with the Jean/Scott dynamic that I feel it's best for her not to be introduced as a Phoenix character ever or as a love interest for Scott in new material.

But, I would love to see some characters (beyond Emma) who are major X-Men universe players, but never got animated or real-life screen time.

Psylocke is one, Northstar, Polaris, Jubilee (despite her recent mutant depowering/reenpowerment), and Canonball to name a few...
 
i've never understood why Wolverine was always so popular. i mean i like the character but wtf--some people act like he's the greatest thing since sliced bread!!! i'd kinda like to see a cartoon or movie focusing on the New X-Men kids.
 
I'm just not excited about the way the characters are drawn in these promos.
