  • Hi Guest - Did you know?
Hot Topics is a Safe for Work (SFW) forum.

No fats or fems.

But...

what if I don't think, I am fem, fat, or ugly???

And don't forget OLD...over forty??? OMG!!!

Cause that's who I usually hear make these kind of requests.

>>>I just wanted to get the discussion going...

Thank you for "stimulating debate".

Lex

Quite frankly if you refer to people as "fatties" you have no room to bitch about being called a faggot.

whaaaa?????

fat is fat. I have a belly and I am about thirty five pounds over where my doctor thinks I ought to be. I have knee problems as a result that I take pain medication for constantly.

Being gay is not a choice, but me buying that double with cheese at Wendy's is.

Now I really don't get the big fuss about the whole weight thing. There are people who find us larger guys attractive, but that doesn't make a health and self restraint issue of an equal par to my sexual identity.

I can choose to not eat the fries and burgers. I can't help lovin that man of mine.;)

I can't tell everyone they NEED to ignore my belly and have sex with me anymore than I can tell someone that likes blonde haired men to pretend that my hair is blonde, not brown.

People can fuck whomever they want and if a cheap fuck is all you're looking for, I suggest people make the list early and let people know up front what they like so no one wastes their time.

I don't have any self esteem issues about my weight. I think this kind of hook up ad only bothers people that DO have Self Esteem issues, and just changing an add or losing weight wont fix that kind of problem.

:=D::=D::=D:
Finally a bit of common sense in this thread.

I could lose weight. I can't change the gender I am attracted to.

calling names is rude, but...

Calling someone a faggot is a civil rights issue.

Calling someone a fatty in a demeaning way is rude in a social setting.

Saying what you are atracted to bluntly in a sex hookup ad is just saving all parties some time and effort.

people who use those terms in their ads get responses by people who don't mind reading them. it's really no biggie, guys. why be offended by something that doesn't affect you? it seems it's REALLY easy to offend some of you

Saying "I like fit guys" is different than saying "no fats". Vastly so.
I'm just trading the negatively blunt for the more neutral and direct. That's all i'm saying.

its a good point, and maybe other people reading the add who are fit read it and think the guy is crass and perhaps don't answer.

It just limits his choices, not mine.

It just saves them from having to say "I'm crass" (or "I 'tell it like it is'")...which some people consider a turn-on. :)

It saves time point blank period

I mean I'm black and 5'6

and theres consistantly ads that say no blacks or guys under 5'9". I don't get offeneded I just move on to the next ad because if he wasn't into those features about me and I messaged him and sent him my pic and then he said oh "I prefer white and tall men" I will just feel like I wasted my time

Nobody wants to play email tag when it comes to getting some dick/ass off the internet

I told someone who used these words in a dating ad that I thought they were insensitive. He was surprised I felt that way. Am I being too sensitive?

He is being a bit insensitive in the context you are saying this. I know it's ''popular'' to say that in gay dating ads but he could have done something like state his height and weight, and say he would like someone of similar frame to him or something like that.

If people would find nicer ways to state preferences than it people wouldn't get as much offended about rejection. I, for example, prefer someone who is shorter and skinnier (like me) because sex with a portly tall person results in me ''climbing''during sex (I'm a novice at this shit so dont laugh). But I would never say,"NO FATS''...the fem thing I can deal with lol. I could say that,"I'm mostly attracted to guys that have small frames such as myself''.

Instead of no "fats" I like the term "non-portly". Gets the point across and sounds classy:D

And instead of "No uggos," I can use "unhomely"

It took me a minute to realize you were'nt talking about boots, and unhomely is good, but I think not-unhandsome would also work.

P.S. I miss ur tractor:cry:

I just think "in shape" and "masculine" sounds better.
I was just looking at random ads, but his mentioned what a catch he was. He was dumbfounded why he could'nt find someone. Just wanted to let him know nice boys don't say those words.

 Attraction starts hopefully with kissing then rimming! doesnt it. Masculinity is all about a guys FACE! I want a masculine guy, means masculine face: cut features, not rounded like a womens. My bod looks pretty great right now but of course Im 25. I might not always look that way as I age, #-o So the same would floow in a guy Id go after.
I really dont care about body as long, as they are healthy looking if they are chiseled, average, "in shape" skinny, or a little more than most. If they got a hot manly mug thats what im attracted to.

Plus if you hit it off, you can always cook for them and bring them to the gym with you, its easier to fix a body, but not his face.

You know, if people are just kind of ordering sex off the internet like it was a pizza, be blunt, be crass, be obnoxious....or if you will, just be yourself! ..|

This wouldn't be a problem if those of us who were interested in a little more civilized approach to human interaction had better ways of meeting each other.

"No fats" vs. "Persons of girth are thanked for their interest but only qualified applicants will be contacted." Pffft.

Built fit guys with big shoulders and big arms turn my head all the time, but I can't even really call that a preference. I've seen guys who don't fit that description at all, and I've thought they were attractive and good-looking.

A guy with a belly, on the right guy, is not something I would "put up with because the overall package is good enough," but an attractive part of the whole attractive look. N'est-ce pas, BostonPirate!

Also I've seen skinny emo guys who I think are hot, and what can I do? Disqualify them from being attractive in my mind just because they "fail" some criteria?

Same thing with [STRIKE]race[/STRIKE] hmmm... [STRIKE]nationality[/STRIKE] erm... [STRIKE]ethnicity[/STRIKE] what? [STRIKE]how dare you? race is just a social construct imposed upon people by a patriarchal racist power structure of privileged bla bla bla lol....[/STRIKE] people who look different because their ancestors came from different places.

You know what would amuse me? "Some fats or fems."
