It is the best or only explanation for Obama's obsessive drive to bring in as many immigrants/refugees/ "temporary" workers as possible, and move them to voting citizenship asap.

If that's his sole drive, he's either useless at it, or you're dog whistling again.

Immigration and refugee numbers are well and truly below historic levels for the USA.
