The Senator Government fuck up WAS hilarious. I laughed a good few minutes with that one. It just happened at the perfect moment in the debate, regardless of who's side you're on.
What did you think about Hillary's outfit tonight?
I didn't see Hillary.
What makes Obama an asshole and why don't u like him.. hes black?
and please tell me how he is ungrateful.
Why would that even be the FIRST choice of why I may not like a candidate? And yet you say this to someone else:
I REALLY want this guy SMACKED.
I feel offended when you make up shit from your ass
It is offensive to me that because I dislike someone, it of course has to do with race first and foremost. As if gays have the audacity to be racist. That's like Jews wanting to nuke Israel. So NO, it is NOT because he is black.
And I didn't mean ungrateful, I meant arrogant. That was a mistake in words on my behalf. I do not like him because he has a holier than thou attitude. I don't like how he dodges around everything having to do with his past and not being forthcoming about it. If you truly have nothing to hide, TELL US EVERYTHING. But instead, he circles the airport. I also think he is doing so much to get votes from all races, background, groups, etc, that he's becoming this "too good to be true" candidate. And that doesn't sit well with me because I do not believe he will follow through. He's doing whatever he can, saying whatever he can, to ensure your vote, and I don't think he's sincere. I don't think he will follow through. That's me being skeptical, but, I think as with any candidate, you should be. I also didn't appreciate the fact that he didn't even address any attacks made about McCain, but McCain was expected to apologize to Obama for any remarks his campaign and or rally members made. Obama completely skipped around the stepping stone and talked about something that didn't even have to do with the question. You can't whine about the opposite bringing up VALID background judgements and expect them to apologize or whatnot, and then not even address that your supporters and campaign are doing the SAME thing. 100% of McCain's ads are negative? So are yours, but you deny it. I've never seen a positive one from EITHER candidate that has aired here in FL.
The more I read into John McCain, the more I'm turned away from his ticket as well. Sarah Palin, while I love her personality and wit, seems to be more and more unqualified to me as even being a Vice President. It goes to show that the common man can be sucked into a persona, regardless of their stand on any one issue. Once I smacked myself back into reality, I started researching more about McCain and Obama's records and backgrounds. I like and dislike certain parts of each. The more my family, who are all registered Republicans, talk about McCain, the more it made me sway towards the ticket. At this point, they both have certain issues I agree and disagree with. The difficult part is, deciding which is more important to me, and to the country's interest. And at this point, it's still a toss for me.
No, he was a former Hillary supporter. I think it's bitterness more than anything.
As much as I have personally denied it, and as much as others who are voting for McCain because Obama is the candidate, I admit that was the major part of it, and any other Hillary-turned-McCain supporter who denies it, is in denial in fear the Obama Klan will come after them and pelt them with Sarah Palin Is A Cunt t-shirts.
Eventually, you have to remove yourself from all of the side-lining crap that fills campaign ads, news programs, and yes, even forum threads and REALLY look at the issues. I failed to do that extensively before I opened my mouth. I'm not saying I was uneducated on any of the issues and where the candidates stood, but instead, I cared more about defending the few McCain supporters being whipped by the overwhelming amount of Obama supporters, that I never dug deeper into who I was voting for, and why.
(end of rant. my bad)
