Official Heroes Season 2 part 1 thread

IMO the season has been getting progressively better and this definitely has been the best episode of the season. My only minor compliant is that I don't see how anyone really would be surprised by Mohinder being the one that kills Bennet.

Most of the story's are tieing together, and hopefully will make a great climax. Ending with a few thoughts: Nikki and Noah better not die, and I really hope the season isn't only 11 episodes.

According to an "insider" who's predictions have come to truth thus far, it seems as though Niki is indeed on the chopping block, but that should come as no surprise considering the person does have a career outside of Heroes and may be looking to explore their options.

As for Mohinder shooting Noah, it's not going to happen. Regardless of what happens, Mohinder does have a sense of right and wrong and he's not going to be putting a cap in anyone's ass, especially not Noah. Noah is the "Chuck Norris" of Heroes, and the bullet would probably just bounce off him and piss him off.

Instead, it's going to be a standoff again with Bob, Mohinder and Noah, obviously Mohinder will have the gun and both men will be trying to convince Mohinder to shoot the other.

Bob's argument: The Company is a necessary evil

Noah's argument: The Company has no right to abduct, capture, track and kill people who are different, especially if they don't volunteer to have the Company take them.

Eventually, Mohinder will see logic in Noah's argument, and shoot Bob...

OR at least I certainly hope so...I may abandon Heroes is Noah bites the dust, his story lines are what keeps me coming back...That, and shirtless Peter, but that doesn't really matter...

totally called it that Adam was Tykeko Kensei...totally called it

and THANK GOD! The Japan storyline is over! My dad and I clapped when Hiro got out of there...haha

Last night was explosive. The preview for next week? HOLY SHIT

If Niki really does die, they SURE AS HELL BETTER explain what the hell has been going on with her before she does. She cannot die without us knowing the deal with Jessica.

I'm being lazy, so I'll just copy my question regarding Adam/Kensei from my post in the other Heroes thread:

What has me is, containing regeneration powers must have caused him to live hundreds of years, yet he never aged. Does the aging process stop once people capable of regenerating access their powers? I mean, Claire has aged so far, but will she stop now that her powers appeared?

Did you try the official website? They upload every episode the day after. It should be up there.

Thanks, but I download the episodes instead of streaming because that doesn't work on my connection, which is painfully slow!
No worries now though, I found a divx... Downloading it as I type :)

Not exactly the shower scene I imagined with Milo Ventmiglia, but it will do.

Don't know if it's been mentioned, but for those that miss the episode and have digital cable/satellite, G4 reruns the episodes on Saturday with a Post Show. They started last weekend. The weekend before was dedicated to running the first season (which is how I started watching the show).

I'm bored.

I don't care if Molly, Mohinder, Adam and esp Hiro die. I really do not know where the story is leading to, and I am not seeing any magic with the show anymore.

I'm still in only because they are exposing Milo's hot body this season more.. He needs to take shower more often. With me beside him.

I'm really glad that show's starting to pick up again. But I really think that they need to kill off a few of the characters because they're getting a little too plentiful.

Claire survived the fire as a baby. Although this has yet to be developed.

Oh yeah! Wow....I feel like an idiot. Forgot completely about that. So she can age. That means either Kensei evolved his powers to stop his aging, Hiro somehow inadvertently caused Kensei to never age, or something else entirely. I don't know, now I'm even more intrigued. Hopefully they will cover it on Monday like they are answering everything else.

lol, "Heeeerrre's Nikki!"
:rotflmao:. I did thought that scene was familiar somehow, thanks for remember me.

Can't she just have Dissociative Personality Disorder?

I second that motion ..|

The worst is that you are right, or at least they could find better ways to make the storylines be combined, possible with heroes meeting eachother

Actually, I think that Heroes has a on line comic that shows otherwise, she wans't burned, but was saved by either Noah or Claude from the fire, she only got her powers recently.

Additionally, Aging and Growing are different process, the later is a natural and healthy evolution of the body, while aging is the decay of cells caused by the DNA replication. Thus Regenerative people can grow up, but no grow old ;)

MAJOR THEORY!

NOAH WILL DIE!

BUT! WHO SAYS HE WILL STAY DEAD? DURING THIS SEASON THERE IS SEVERAL ALLUSIONS THAT CLARIE COULD HEAL WITH A BLOOD TRANSFUSIONS.

WHILE A BULLET IN THE HEAD IS BAD, IT COULD BE SOMEHOW FIXED WITH CLARIE POWER. I WOULDN'T DOUBT THAT CLAIRE WOULD CUT HER OWN WRIST TO SAVE HER FATHER

I get it now. Thanks for the breakdown ..|

Welcome. Of course, we can't even be sure that Adam/kensei lived those 400 years, he could a)Had time traveled by unknown means b)Had frozen on ice, and when defrosted survived thanks to regeneration.

Also, I think that scientifically it would make more sense that regeneration would cause aging process to be FASTER, because cells would duplicate more and thus the DNA would get more "old". This is unlikely to be the Heroes version.

Tonight's episode was really good.

So, it looks like Niki really is crazy and Jessica never existed at all. Interesting twist. They made it so convincing with the whole mirror thing.

Is Kensei/Adam good or evil?

It looks like the writers strike really isn't going to affect any storylines. They're wrapping up Part 2 on December 3. They were planning on that being a finale, anyway, so even if it ends up being the season finale, it'll still work. The strike may delay (or eliminate) Origins and Part 3, but at least we'll get a real ending to the current part.

Very good episode once again, and man I'm glad many questions were answered tonight. But a few more have popped up, mainly of who is good and who is evil in the Kensie and the Company storyline.

Doc I read in a few places that the ending to the last filmed episode of Heroes had to be reshot in case NBC needed it to act as the season finale. Also I heard Heroes origins has been canceled. Not entirely sure how reliable that is, but still it seems like the strike is affecting Heroes at least a little.
