They can if you suck them !!! No seriously it does uncover if you work on it... That's why it's so good !I don't think their ugly at all, but I'd want them to be able to uncover the head fully. It doesn't look like that's possible on some of them!
I've come across a few from experience that couldn't. Also a few of them stank.![]()
I want to thank you for a thread about something other than some assholes shooting people.
In the late 1800's it was common thought amongst doctors that masturbation caused epilepsy, clubbed feet, mental retardation and a myriad of other problems.
The solution was circumcision as it would make masturbating hard
It (circumcision) was practiced in other nations as well as in the USA, with the advent of normal (national) health care in advanced nations circumcision was seen as an unnecessary cost and was ended.
In our for profit exploitive system in the USA, the practice continued under the lie that it was for health purposes, pretty interesting when you compare life expectances globally. You would think that snipped men would outlive those with the dread foreskin, alas, this is not the case.
Circumcision became the "thing to do" first because of religious people trying to take the fun out of having a penis, then it was perpetuated for profit.
I don't think I could touch or suck on something that looks like a peanut-shaped bag. I prefer cut foreskin, looks more appealing and cleanly. Some lose sensation, some don't. Can't wait until the next cut cock comes along so I can suck it.
Then there is the whole back and forth argument about health benefits, fewer UTI's in infants, studies about HIV and STD prevention, reduced incidence of penile cancer, etc. I believe the American Medical Assn. or some similar national association of Doctors, just published a new draft paper which for the first time cites the positive benefits of circumcision
The only medical indication for circumcision is an incarcerated foreskin. Louis XVI had this condition, and was unable to consummate is marriage to Marie Antoinette for several years. All Paris knew this, and the legitimacy of the the Dauphin was called into question, which was contributory to the start of the Revolution.
As with Kosher dietary laws, I suspect the original motivation behind circumcision was health-oriented, i.e. people got sick from eating bad shell-fish and pork, and men got infections under their foreskins.
Now so-called female circumcision, which is really a clitectomy, was started to take the pleasure out of sex so women would be faithful.

From the way women talk of it, they normally just go through the motions anyway! lol
A 21-year-old man has undergone the world's first successful penis transplant.
The 'ground-breaking' operation took South African surgeons nine hours to perform, and allowed the patient to urinate normally and become sexually active again.
Three years ago the man, who remains unidentified, was forced to have his penis amputated after a botched circumcision.
Each year thousands of young men, mainly from the Xhosa tribe in South Africa, have their foreskins removed in traditional rituals, with experts estimating around 250 losing their penises each year to medical complications.
