I still believe the right-wing Sharron Angle crowd is behind this.
It all goes to show you the power of brainwashing, doesn't it?
Yup yup sure does.

^I understand that, but it still seems odd to me.
To give you an analogy, let's say you said something to anger me. Instead of coming after you, I go to London and beat up your first cousin....It doesn't serve a purpose...

But Chechnya is in Russia! And it is Russia who has bombed their towns, murdered their civilians, raped their women.
I know a woman who grew up in the Soviet Union who shed a whole lot of light on the problem. There are a lot of issues involved, but none of the involve the US.
Welcome to current events. Why did Egyptian and Saudi males with masters degrees fly into Twin Towers on 9/11. U.S. did not bomb any of these countries. Why did Richard Reid try to smuggle liquid explosives in his shoes on a plane and murder a 100+ people. It doesn't make sense too since he is a British born guy who converted to Islam later in his life. Last time U.S. fought with Britain was in 1812. The only common thread between all these terrorist suspects with different ethnic backgrounds and countries of origins and numerous others that were disrupted over the past 12 years is that overwhelming majority is associated with Muslim faith and ties to international radical groups that espouse militant Islam. Westboro Baptist Church is a joke compared to lone wolves that turn so toxic in their beliefs thanks to listening to some Imams that they willingly plan and execute murderous sprees against innocent people around the world.
It's likely that his older brother was ran over by the younger brother to death during escape. The mother of suspects gave an interview where she admitted that FBI agents interviewed both brothers on 3 different occasions since 2011 because FBI received an alert from a "foreign country" to check them out because that country felt they were up to no good with possible links to Islamist groups. The feds just did not find anything suspicious enough then. But it's funny how these "lone wolves" do get on radar of government agencies sometime in their lives. 9/11 hijackers were also in government data bases; agents did follow some of them but could not establish links.Agreed but I think in this instance Muslim know how provided the tools but not the motivation. The investigation will flesh that out. Just seems odd.
I also think the younger was not convinced if the cause because otherwise he would have went out like his brother did instead of cowering in a boat until cuffed and cared for so he can stand trial.

Who's to say that their issue was with Russia? One of them supposedly said he didn't understand America. So to me, that means he more than likely had an issue with the US than with Russia.
The reason why the brother didn't do all out may have been due to a difference in temperament. And yes, it does seem like the younger brother wasn't as radicalized, but it may have been that the religious radicalization caused the older brother to plan this and then the younger brother got caught up in things because he looked up to his older brother.
I think the younger would have never done this had the older been deported when he domestically abused and was convicted of such act...
You what the Major lesson of Boston is so far for me??
America has NO cause to which we can all stand together unless we are being blown to bits.
Isn't a President supposed to do that? Richard Blanco's poem at the last inauguration kept on stressing 'oneness', 'unity', 'together' etc etc....America has NO cause to which we can all stand together unless we are being blown to bits.

I'm not so sure about that. There was a groundswell of the Great Unwashed when the prospect of Twinkies falling into extinction reared its ugly head.
It's also a political/artistic point; my discussion group is doing the Richard Blanco poem this month.nice way to work in a poltical jab so as to reinforce the point. ...

Leics, I don't know if I may have misinterpreted your post a little while back, but it seemed that you implied that I myself was brainwashed.
If so, please keep in mind that 1)I used to be a rigorous Republican myself, and left the party when the Religiotards took over and 2)when I realized "trickle-down" economics didn't work.
I think a lot of Englishmen make an erroneous comparison between the Republicans and the Tories. This comparison insults the Tories, because the Republican Party of today sits very far to the right of the Tories.
If I have misinterpreted your post, my apologies.
He shoots himself in the mouth. What does he think he's going to do. Take out his tonsil. Go for the head dude.
The US is often the visible face of Western degenracy to miltant Muslims
One thing I heard on the radio today that I didn't know is the cops caught the older brother, and the younger one backed over him with the van intentionally, killing him... so he wouldn't go to prison???
