Only if you assume that being a caregiver is an undesirable job and those who do it are somehow lesser.

Which I don't. But the meme also suggests that people only want non-whites as caregivers. Even if all of them were deported, do you really think those who need caregivers wouldn't hire anyone else?

There are a lot of immigrants who are working as caregivers- either as nannies for children or as home health aides for the elderly. It is honorable work and they are to be lauded for working hard and making an important contribution. It is also what enables the wealthy to have the lifestyle that they have.
As for the Trump voters who seem to believe, in spite of what Trump said over and over on the campaign trail, that the "good" immigrants and asylum seekers won't be deported... Ana Navarro, an immigrant from Nicaragua, put it pretty plainly:

It doesn't suggest anything of the sort.
But here's a factoid for you. Of our friends and family in the US, 4 out of 5 have either a Latina Nanny or caregiver. Probably not scientifically representative, but even in Canada, most of our homecare care givers are often immigrants.
In this case, get ready for so many of them to be rounded up and either detained.
Until TrumpCo. denmonstrates otherwise, the mass deportations are a real threat. And a lot of people could find themselves without the domestic help and the caregivers for children and seniors they are dependent on because of the 14th amendment.
